The first two years Papo made cows, they did not have bells |

| I think Susanne is right that in the Blonde cow release in 2005 or 2006 are without bell! |

I think I get more frustrated at myself for needing them to be roughly to scale !!! It means I miss out on a lot of great models like the Papo greater kudu and now this gemsbok! _________________ More pictures of my Collection... | Yes, Steve, "roughly to scale" would be ideal. But, I guess when the production/concept employees go to the zoo the elephants are just a little bigger than the lions, the giraffes are not that tall, and the beavers are as big as bears.... |

Well I think we all know they aren't that stupid and there are other reasons why they do it. For me, as long as each category of animal is roughly to scale with one another in the group then I can live with a squirrel sitting nearly as tall as a grizzly. If there was a main and current manufacturer that used only one scale across the board then I would assume that my CollectA red squirrel would be a lot nicer and more detailed than their squirrel, therefore I would still go with CollectA. BUT...Each to their own _________________ More pictures of my Collection... [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] ...Latest update 08/03/20 |

Great finds! Congrats! It is a shame they have lost the collars and bells. _________________ Kelsey [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]"Until one has loved an animal, a part of one's soul remains unawakened." ~Anatole France |

| Lovely model but why are the horns bent? It is pictured like that in the catalogue too, so it was intentional. I hope someone can straighten their horns and post a photo of it. I will definitely get one...or two...ho hum.... |

That's correct! T-rex 1st version 2005-2011, originally green now sold in brown. 2nd version is from 2012. You can find pictures of them on the forum, for example [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] |

You're welcome! If you want the retired green one it is not hard to find but I'm sure very soon it will be out of stock once T-rexes are always best-sellers. |
