Snowy Owl from Papo 2015

This year Papo has blessed us with no less than four new wild birds  
As far as I know, the hawk and eagle are not on the market yet, but here are a few pictures of the beautyful snowy owl

It must be a lady-bird (     ) because she has quite a lot of dark rims on her feathers .

This new...snowy owl... still looks like a barn owl to me.
Probably because of the heartshaped flat face?

She IS a barn owl... dressed like a snowy owl. I have both and they are exatcly the same. Both are very beautifully painted.

The same for me.

I see some cheating going on here with some of these figures,with Safari's Wildlife Wonders black jaguar being repainted as a puma and this Papo repainted barn owl as a snowy owl...

Very nice owl, despite it is just repaint. I think she has too less texture of feathers, but she looks very well anyway
By the way, about repainting: there are just two identic owls, but how different they are with a color!

Although it turned clear in further posts, I wanted to quote it because it was just what I thought before seeing these great pictures. I was always seeing a barn owl and not a snowy owl. Of course it happens because they're using the same mould. The figure is nice like a snowy owl but much better as a barn owl once I can't see a snowy owl there.
