Takara Zoo Zoo Zoo Elephant walkaround

Here is the T-arts (Takara Tomy) Panda's ana Zoo Zoo Zoo vol.3 Indian elephant.
The model is 5cm tall and is solid PVC, the head and rear legs are glued to the mid section.

I could not resist seeing them!
Here is the last of my family elephants, poses very interesting,
a rhinoceros and a panda clutched be welcome in the future !!!!

Yes this is very unusual, the only sleeping elephant model I've ever seen!

I love these series of sleeping animals. Thanks for showing us this elephant and congratulations with this addition!

That's a great idea, no doubts about it!
I suppose African elephants don't sleep like that so it is interesting that their choice was an Indian elephant. I want a sleeping fox because crocs never sleep.

Actually I don't think any elephant species normally sleep sitting like this.  
They sleep standing up or lie down completely on their sides.  
I think the figure is posed like this as vol.3 has all the animals sitting, but still a very nice model.

I think it happens because some elephants watch tv til late hours.

The Zoo zoo zoo series is really incredible And this sleeping sitting beauty

Along with Susanne thanks for supplying images and information about this model.

Agree an unusual pose that may not be truly authentic but a delight nevertheless.

And sometimes we need models like this to add variety to our collections.
