Oh Anna, your artworks never cease to amaze me.
You have captured perfect beauty in both of these horses and they look they give me is almost like that of an expectant human mother at a photoshoot - gently holding her tummy.

I've painted two more colours last month

This is the first I've seen of this sculpture, somehow - quite gorgeous! I particularly like the fleabitten grey and the latest sandy bay paintups.

I wanted to make sculpture of this species since long time and finally this year I decided to try. It's not finished yet and of course the biggest difficulty is yet to come - painting all these tiny stripes. I didn't take many photos during the work, otherwise it could be something like tutorial but you can see how this sculpture looks at different stages of work.  Perhaps some of you will find it interesting

So, first it looked like this: (basically wire and some Super Sculpey)

After some time and more clay added it was like this (lots of flaws in body shape and legs not defined):

Here you see some more of my tools etc (and beginning of next project - Tapirus kabomani) :

And after several corrections it looks now like this - still some works to do, some more details to add and some small corrections on body and legs shape, but I think it's now quite close to be finished:

I saw the photo you posted on your Facebook and I got so excited! What a lovely zebra Though I think maybe the neck is a tad too short, unless it's the angle of the photo?

Nice to see some your work again You did a great job, like her already like this! Her legs are specially good I think! Can't wait to see the final result :)
