But also a somewhat 'silent' member speaking up  I wonder, do we have more who read, but do not speak and have special things to share? Caesar-encoded? How does that work? And thanks for solving it!  The set sounds very interesting! Can't wait to see it!

m=z In this case you're correct, PokeyAnyway. But the way the letters can be shifted doesn't have to be the first 13 vs the last 13- sometimes there is a "key word" involved. | Morse code, maybe someone has time to uncode "on off" message, it's a lot of work, unless someone remembers this code  I think dot is a short signal (on off), line is a long signal (on on?) and (off off) must be a break between letters or words probably, just guessing...
