Ha yes I realise that we on the forum named it Chilean Flamingo....I am surprised Schleich know that any other animal exists anyway other than bears, cats, wolves, pelicans and elephants lol

I don't think that Schleich really did named their flamingo, it were dome of us because it looks like a chilean, I think that Schleich doesn't even know that there are flamingoes in South America because it's in their African section.

Absolutely right  Laughing

:lol:Schleich is really a unusual company, in their website, on flamingo's page, they identify it as a Chilean flamingo and they even know that it is a South American animal as we can see here! If they use it in their catalogue in African section, it means that it was probably planned to be a generic looking flamingo and they only figured later that their work was actually based in the South American bird. Laughing Nevertheless, I like the mistake! Very Happy

Thanks Christophe! cheers cheers I think colors match it and once it uses the same mold as other Papo frog figures, it is normal that it is smooth and not granular on dorsal parts. You're really good with these colorful frogs! Laughing Will add it on TAI. Very Happy

It is too bad Papo doesn't change the mold. I will probably buy it because it is a new species but I would be happier with a more realistic shape. Wink

Fortunately using the same mold to different species is not common anymore. Papo did it with these frogs but it was the exception that confirms a new rule. Very Happy
