Hi,

I thought we can create topic where we can post links with interesting info and articles about sculpting and creating models. Anything what would be useful for anyone who wants to start sculpting models.

I have found this one, it's about different kinds of modelling clays. I think question about best kind of clay is the most frequently asked and here is a good guide: http://legionofthecow.com/2015/12/21/miniature-sculpting-making-the-transition-part-2-tact-and-hardness/

If I find more articles I will post them here also. Please, post more if you know some. Very Happy

I have also just found tutorial about sculpting feathers on the horse legs, can be useful for customising horses I think? Smile

Here is something I found a couple of years ago when I was choosing new clay-

tension, compression, & flexibility test for polymer clays:
