News in Susanne's collection 2016. Update December 27 th :-)

On Friday I got another parcel containing wonderful surprises  
It came from Portugal, - can you guess who had spent a lot of time, fantasy, and thought finding models he knew I would love ?    

A "Rooster of Barcelos", Schleich zebra mare-variation made in Chuna, and a magnificent model of the Egyption god Ra

Here you see Ra meeting Horos ( Plastoy).
Thus the god of the sun meets the god of the sky

When I was in my early teens, my best-friend had one of these colourful, charming roosters on a shelf over her desk.
I loved it very much, and now I have one myself  
It brings tons of memories back, and I am sure it also brings good luck

Being a collector of variations, you can imagine how happy I am to have got a chinese friend for my German zebra

Susanne, I am glad they arrived safely and that you like them! Especially that cheap souvenir but surely a symbol from Portugal that bring you good memories.

Ohh, yes !!! How could that happen ? Photobucket is so irritating, I get stressed, when it keeps playing trickes at me
