| Thanks Sean for sharing that information with us. Isn't the concept somewhat similar to your personal project? A bichir, of course, everybody wants a bichir. Plastic and soft? It means they have solide and hollow versions? They look great! |

A bichir, of course, everybody wants a bichir. Plastic and soft? It means they have solide and hollow versions? They look great! For one thing, these will be much bigger, part of the Soft Model line, which are solid PVC figureson bases (roughly 15-25cm long). So bigger than my line! But there is a coelacanth as part of their other line, which is much larger, soft vinyl models (they have done a variety of dinos and prehistoric animals). _________________ I used to have an online store, but now it's a Blog exploring the variety in my collection! | They're really not soooo big. Other than that big vinyl Coelacanth. That one would be huge. _________________ I used to have an online store, but now it's a Blog exploring the variety in my collection! | My guess is that they wil be similar in size to the other Soft Models: This Dunkleosteus is described by Favorite as 15.5cm long and 15.5cm tall--which must be measuring as a vertical and horizontal, not along the fish itself! The big Vinyl Dunkleosteus is listed by Favorite as 37cm long (I don't have that one). So they are large--bigger than Colorata or FaunaFigures Fishes, but good display shelf size! _________________ I used to have an online store, but now it's a Blog exploring the variety in my collection! | So the fish are now listed on the (Japanese version of the) Favorite website: http://www.f-favorite.net/SHOP/1043521/list.html
Overall, the prices are not bad. Getting them from Japan will be tricky, but not impossible. _________________ I used to have an online store, but now it's a Blog exploring the variety in my collection!
