PostSubject: Chalicotherium, Andrewsarchus and a few others   Chalicotherium, Andrewsarchus and a few others EmptyWed Feb 16, 2011 2:04 pm

I have a couple of old Prehistoric mammals from Bullyland. So when I saw a "Claw animal" ( Chalicotherium) with the wonderful name "Krallenbär" in German, for sale on Ebay.de, I was badly tempted. The problem was that I had to take a huge lizzard and a huge lioness also. The seller would not sell the Krallenbär alone..so the shipping was rather high.
Then another very nice seller put an extra figure in a package, - the baby of the lioness, so he needed the mom Wink

Can you imagine how surprised and happy I got when I opened the box and found the lioness, the lizzard (which is a day-gekko it turned out), and also found these :

The Lion baby got a mom :

My old gekko got a friend

I got a "Riesenurraubtier", an Early Giant Preditor (Andrewsarchus, I call him Andrew, of course):

And two of these funny plant-eaters, ancestor to f.inst the rhino :

Andrew, the tag says, was one of the largest predators that ever lived, he is the ancestor of the whales Shocked
Isn`t that just a fantastic seller ? cheers
