I assume the emperor penguin is also W.A.I., Wildlife Artists Inc. I didn't know these and I am surprised with their size difference. Do they made a penguin series at a certain scale? I think the first is an Adèlie penguin that is surely much smaller than an emperor.

@Roger sorry my posts were unclear. I added additional information about the penguins in the titles of the posts that wasn’t showing up in the posts. Sorry this is my first time posting so I’m still getting the hang of the interface. The first penguin was manufactured by W.A.I. (I believe you are correct that this is Wildlife Artists Inc. and not Wai Toys) and is an Adèlie penguin. The second penguin is an Emperor manufactured by Imperial. I have edited the original posts to clarify.

@landrover, I recently dug back into my childhood collection on a visit to my parent’s house and found some things I’m very happy with. I still need to bring the toys to my house but plan to post other things that are missing from the wiki, specifically the Jeol Warthog and Hyena.

W.A.I. were two brands relatively common during your childhood in USA but now they are not that easy to find. We had already a Humboldt penguin from Wildlife Artists Inc. already listed on TAW. Isn't it cool W.A.I. made penguins to the species level? I wonder which other penguins they made. Looking forward to see what you have more to share.
