| Subject: Pictures I might be able to get for you Sun Jul 07, 2019 2:41 am | |
| Dear Roger, Hi, and thank you for making this topic. So, can I really send my pictures to this topic, and then somebody will put them on Tai? If so, then great! I just ordered a AAA Stingray and Walrus today, and I wondered if anyone would like pictures of these to be used as part of Tai. I also have many Safari Ltd Figures, which I could get photos of for you if you wanted as well. In other words, what pictures of safari ltd are we missing? Perhaps I have some of those missing picture figures in my collection. I certainly have two different incredible creatures sea turtles, but I forget what else I have. Also, does anyone know the new web address for TAI? The reason why I ask is that I can't remember it for the life of me. Anyway, if you need pictures, then just specify what pictures you need, and I'll try and get them for you. Aschuck P.S. Are we missing any K and M pictures, because a while back, I happened to find a K and M ostrich in a bag of random stuff, and I thought: "Well, this is a nice figure. I think I'll keep it," not knowing at the time anything about the figure or its history. Anyway, I have started collecting K and M, so if we're missing any pictures, then let me know. |

| Roger, I have a LOT of goldfish pictures for you, it would probably be better if I emailed them to you. Would that be okay? I think I still have your email. Here are examples to check if they're okay. All the photos were taken like this. I have I think 4 brands in this batch of gashapon figures. I will give American English names for figures where I don't have inserts/inserts aren't in English and I can't read them. They got jumbled up when I moved, so the fish may not be with the base they originally came with- they are all correct as to brand though. Wing Mau Black Telescopic (Black Moor) Would you like a photo of all the figures nested together? The bases are designed to lock together. Unknown brand Japanese Calico Oranda; I bought this set as from an unknown manufacturer. I do have packaging but it's all in Japanese. It does say 'Pisces' in English; and has a website jpd-nd.com. |

| Dear Roger,
Well, I've finally done it. I've sent you some pictures of some of the AAA figures in my collection. Hopefully you can use all of the pictures for Tai. The pictures themselves are on a Google drive, and there's a link to each picture. Please write me if you can get to the pictures, so that I know that you have them. Much appreciated if you could tell me what other AAA pictures we're missing.
Aschuck
P.S. Do we have a picture of a AAA Hippo Calf with the mouth closed? If we don't, then I have one that could be pictured on Tai. if you want that is. |

| Is there any interest for pictures of toob sized movie fantasy animal figures, as people may end up with them in resale bunches? I have a batch of Star Wars creatures, animals not alien 'people'. I have a few Avatar figures that came in those resale lots also. I took photos of all the figures individually, this is a group shot to maybe try and sell some later. Here also is a group shot of the Wing Mau Fancy Goldfish |

| Does anyone have a picture of the AAA large common goldeney? It is the only figure missing to complete the gallery of AAA ducks. @pipsxlch I see I missed your posts. I will e-mail you. |

| Those are perfect pictures, Steve! The crane was already on New-Ray birds page but I forgot to put it in its respective page because I didn't know which species it is. I should have entered it as an unidentified crane to avoid it from getting forgoten. Do you know the species? I will also post your alligator pictures. It is wonderful that you pictured it with closed and opened mouth. The Lego brick also helps a lot and pic shape is also perfect. Thanks! |

I'm glad they are OK, perhaps not the most interesting view of the alligator, but one view is never enough! I thought I would give this picture of the crane because of the lego brick. I'm sorry I have no idea of the species. I have looked online and it doesn't really fit the bill of any... _________________ More pictures of my Collection... https://toyanimalmuseum.blogspot.com ...Latest update 08/03/20

| Yes, everything missing at the wiki is wanted. I added your hammerhead, is there any chance that you take a picture that I can see better the hammer , for example like this one? or could you tell me the species, Schleich is not providing it and the majority of the hammerhead figures are easy to identify to the species level. I suspected it won't be easy to put that beautiful crane to a species level, it happens often with New-Ray figures with immaginative colours. |

| I'm glad I had taken this already... I had gone for a whooping Crane for my blog but where there is a reason it cannot be other cranes, there is also a reason it cannot be a whooping Crane! _________________ More pictures of my Collection... https://toyanimalmuseum.blogspot.com ...Latest update 08/03/20

| Interesting, the first time I uploaded the picture, I almost listed it as a whooping crane. I thought the eyebrows like things were a stylization from New-Ray but the yellow legs killed me. |

| This XX Beetle Collection (https://toyanimal.info/wiki/XX_Insects) is missing Phosphorus jansoni (which is now considered a variety of P. virescens). You can find a pic of it in my Bug of the Day thread (I would send a link but STS forum search function is not finding it). |

Thanks for pointing it. If it is easy for you to find the figure, could you tell which letter/number is marked on it? Edited: Actually I've found it was already entered by Beatrice but a link was missing at the series page. However, I added your picture once it is a relevant variation. Beatrice figure is marked B9 so I suppose yours are either. The page is here! |

| Thanks Adam, I am working on them. I believe your starfish is the smaller one, isn't it? If you don't know, could you please measure it from the tip of an arm to the opposite one? Some more requests, this penguin is one of two brothers, they're almost identical, yours is the one facing right while the other one is facing left. They are much easier to identify when pictured frontally. The black widdow, if pictured from the same angle as the starfish, could be much easier to identify for a TAW visitor. |
