Shawn - Lamb

Shawn is one of the lambs that live at the stables. He is sweet and partially handreared. She loves being cuddled, especially by Laura and Lisa, who bottlefed him before he was weened. Now he is weened he spends his time in the meadow or the stables with the other lambs and his parents. Mostly he also associates with the goats and the alpaca's.
His parents are Hugh and Dolly. He has two siblings named Little Bo Peep and Puffles.


Shawn is one of the lambs that live with Man beyond the Fog. He is young and thusly is mostly left alone. He was partially hand reared, though and doesn't mind playing with Man's young either. He spends her time in the meadow with the other sheep and the goats.
His parents are Hugh and Dolly. He has two siblings named Little Bo Peep and Puffles.

Shelly - Saichania

Shelly is a young beast, living in the backlands. She is a herbivorous creature, but is still very aggressive, trying to swing her tail at whatever comes too close to her. The club on her spikes is very hard and she has injured several of the carnivorous beasts who have tried to eat her. Not much is known about her, because the Fae stay away from the backlands and its beasts.

Shenna - Bernaise Mountain Dog

Shenna is Niklas’ Bernaise Mountai Dog. She is very well behaved and super cuddly. Everyone at the stables loves her. She spends most of her time in the canteen being pet and lying by the heater/airco, depending on the weather.
Shenna has one pup, named Bløf. She is very caring of the pup, but also let her do her own thing.


Shenna and her pup Bløf live with Man beyond the Fog. They are barn dogs and general companions. They are allowed inside Man’s home and are very loved by them.

The Wise Beasts of the Mountains

In the mountains there live wise animals. Mostly animals of hoof and horn. These beasts are those that leave behind a life in the valley and live by the dragons to learn from them. They are hardy and unafraid.
These animals are often called upon for their knowledge and their contact to the dragons. They are always treated with a lot of respect by the animals of the valley.

Shenzi - Hyena Female

Shenzi was once the matriarch of the Hyena clan of our valley. Her entire clan, safe for young male Azazel was butchered by the beastlings. Shenzi herself was enslaved and made to fight for them.
We hope to once liberate poor old Shenzi. But in the case that this is not possible, all we can do is hope she will soon rest peacefully.

Shere Kahn - Tiger Male

Shere Kahn is a handsome and strong tiger male, but he lives at the rescue across the road from the stables all the same. He's been taking out of a zoo group to keep ginger company. They were very close as juvelines and Ginger is very uncomfortable without Shere Kahn.
Shere Kahn is sociable, but rather dominant. In group enclosures he tends to put himself in charge. This has led to a few scraps between him and Bianco and Mufasa. He is very active and like playing fetch games and swimming. He tends to be a bit greedy with his food as well.
With the Tigress Ginger, Shere Khan has two cubs, Bengel and Vitaly.


Shere Kahn lives in the heart of the tallwood jungle. He inhabits a shallow cave with his mate and cubs. He is a strong hunter and a brave defender. He is very territorial and keeps the Fae and other beasts away.
With his mate Ginger, he has two cubs named Bengel and Vitaly.

Sherlock - Otter Male

Sherlock is a resident of the Valley. He is inquisitive, curious and very investigative. No secret will remain and secret for long and every mystery has to be solved. He is a great storyteller and a lot of the younger forest dwellers go to listen to him. Not everyone gets along with him well, though, because he tends to think he knows better.
He is unmated and doesn't seem part of a family group.

Shierra Seastar - Sea Unicorn Mare

Shierra is an illusive and mysterious Sea Unicorn. The mermaids and the Fae alike do their best to learn everything they can about these magnificent equines. But Shierra most certainly doesn't make it easy for them.
So far the combined effort of the Fae and the Mermaids have yielded a little knowledge about Shierra. She is able to summon a salty sea mist that hides him from any spying eyes. She prefers to wander the white beached shores, but seems to be home a cave by the cliffs.
Shierra is mated to the Sea Unicorn Stallion Davos Seaworth. With him she has a colt named Seafoam.

I have to pretend that the hyena never existed, that is the only way to survive with the idea that it is collared. Can I ask you a special picture showing that hyena together with the current one? The otter is very sweet and the tiger is very good.

Both hyena's are in storage atm, so I might do that one day, but likely not soon.

No, don't worry about that. If it was easier I'd love to see a comparison. It is a kind of personal curiousity. You don't need to remember doing it. Maybe I can find a picture somewhere on forum.

Shin - Snowcat

Shin is a companion of the Ice Fae. He is a small and warm companion, who loves to be pet and pampered. Most of his time he spends curled up in the sun or on someone’s warm lap. His purring is a very comforting sound and every Fae loves to cuddle with him for this reason.
Her friends are Kiro, Rosetta and Yu.

Shoukou - Fairy Foal

Shoukou is a filly companion to the flowerfae. She is very sweet and playful. She loves to speed along the blossom meadows roads, racing with the other companions. When she has gathered enough pollen, she can even take off a few inches from the ground. She loves to bird watch with the Fae and to eat the flowers that bloom only in their dancing meadow, they are her favorite snack.

Shruikan - Spiney Dragon

Shruikan is a spiney dragon who has been poisoned by the Beastlings. This poison was created by the evil spiders and is coroding Shruikan’s brain. He is turning into a mindless drone to do their bidding. It will be a matter of time before he will attack his fellow dragons and all hell will break loose.

Indigo - Feather Foal

Indigo is Sera's companion colt. He is Faebred and of good stock. Sera is very proud of him and takes him where ever she can. Indigo loves being in Sera's presence, but can also be very independent from her. He plays with the other companion animals and the foals of his age. His best friend is Cora, but she also loves to play with Celery, Sera’s rabbit. He also has two sisters, named Lydia and Zinnia.

Sieglinde - Canadian Shepherd Female

Sieglinde is a guard dog on the stables. She is a canadian shepherd of three years old and very well trained. She understands that the stables are a public place during the day and she is on guard duty during the night. During the day she is mostly in the farmstead or the cafeteria, behind the counter. She roams the grounds during the night.
She's had a litter of pups last year, of which only the male Kaspar remained with her. The father was a special breeding stud.


Sieglinde is a guard dog for Man beyond the Fog. She is very fierce and has no mercy for strangers trying to steal a pricey horse. There is blood on her teeth, but the horses are thankful she keeps them safe and Man value's her and feeds her well.
She's had a litter of pups last year, of which only the male Kaspar remained with her. The father was a special breeding stud.

Sigurd - Fjord Gelding

Sigurd is a docile and slow Fjord gelding. He is somewhat elderly and doesn't fancy exerting himself. He is most often used for special forrest ride lessons. He also rides in the beginner lessons. He is patient and gentle and thusly the perfect pony for beginning riders. Due to his slowness he is used for children that are a bit scared, to get used to riding.
Sigurd is socially indifferent to other horses. In the meadow he just wants to graze or laze and doesn't really mind who comes up as his companion, this makes him an excellent horse to place with newby's and misschievous foals, who can tire themself out trying to annoy him.
Sigurd has one brother, Odin.


Sigurd is an elder member of the Sarnori Mountain Clan. He is slow and just wants to enjoy his old day. He spends most of his time grazing and trying to keep up with the herd. Most of the younger members consider him a boring old man and don't really bother with him. But he might have some wisdom to share with his herd yet.
Sigurd has one brother, Odin.

Sigyn is an even tempered and well behaved Friesian mare. She is a good draught and dressage horse, excelling in both disciplines and she comes out in national competitions in both fields as well.
Sigyn is officially owned by Mr. von den Perenbaum, but Tala comes out in competitions with her. They trust each other blindly and make an absolute dream team. They have won several competitions.
With Ardanwen von Pendragon, Sigyn has two sons. Blackstorm von Pendragon and Korr. Korr is a newborn colt, whereas Blackstorm has already fathered many foals of his own.
Demoon is also a greatgrandmother. Her grandson Icedust is father to a black newborn filly, Ravenzwart.


Sigyn is the mate to the Pendragon herd’s king, Ardanwen. She is a gentle and loyal mare, who loves her mate very much. She is patient with the youngesters and her hothead of an eldest son. She is kind to all member of the herd and takes good care of her immediate family.
By Ardanwen, Sigyn has two sons, Blackstorm and Korr. Korr is only a young colt, where as Blackstorm is leading the herd. She is grandmother to Chrystalis, Roman, Icedust and Pablo and great grandmother to Kuro and Frostfoot. She is also mother by law to Demoon.

Simba - Lion Cub

Simba is a lion cub who lives at the rescue across the road from the stables. He is a playful and sweet cub, who gets along well with all other cubs. He loves romping around with the other cubs, but prefers to take it easy.
His father is the white Lion Kimba and his mother the lioness Nala. He has two full blood siblings, Tommen and Lanna. Kion, Kiara and Alex are his friends sibs.


Simba lives with his father's pride on the plains of the valley. He lives comfortably, well defended by his father and well fed by his mother. He loves to play with his siblings and to bask in the sun. He isn't rough and tumble like his brother, but instead prefers to play more calmly.
His father is the blond lion Kimba and his mother the lioness Nala. He has two full blood siblings, Tommen and Lanna.

Welcome to Valyria Stables. We are a very large stables located in the north of the Netherlands. We are a multiple goal stables and welcome all people and horses from all walks of life. Beside horses, we also house cattle and a couple of household pets and sometimes a special guest.
The stable is owned by Pieter von den Perenbaum, a very wealthy investor. His wife Marisè does most of the daily management and her son Niklas takes over when she goes over to Vienna with her personal horses.

Our stables have a vast array of facilities and are home to a wide spectrum of horses. There are also a lot of different people underway at the stables, as well as many a dog and barn cat.
In the following sunday entries, we want to show you around on our stables. We hope you enjoy it here and that you feel very welcome.

Simon - Hannoverian Colt

Simon is a peppy and energetic Hannoverian colt. He sweet and playful and loves it when the stablehands play games with him, like catch or peekaboo. He also plays with the other foals a lot, chasing each other through the meadow and rolling around, giving the stablehands plenty of work to get the green splotches out of his fur.
He is sociable to many other animals and almost all other horses. He loves to play tug o war with the dogs and scare the chickens and even has no objection to a cat curling up by his side for a warm nap in the stables. His best friends are Jupiter, Malia and Daeron.
His parents are Himchan and Camilla. He has no siblings.


Simon lives with Man beyond the Fog. He is born on a breeding farm that breeds strong horses with endurance for long journey's. His parents are both exceptionally beautiful horses and Man expects they can sell Simon on for a lot of money when he is fully trained.
While he is young, though, he gets to play in the meadow with the other colts and fillies. He mainly plays with Gendry, Lyanna and Timo.
His parents are Himchan and Camilla. He has no siblings. He has two aunts, Elaine and Annabeth and two uncles, Horse and Toto. His cousins are Gendry and Timo.

Sir Theodore Huggles from Deathcuddles - Sloth Bear

Sir Theodore is a big old fluffy bear that lives in the tallwood jungle. He is wise and always has many tales to tell. The young animals that live in the tallwoods always come to him for stories. The Nightwalkers and the older animals go to him for advice.
Sir Theodore loves it best to laze around and eat. He usually trades advice for food, so he does not have to seek for it himself. He is well likes, so many animals do not mind bringing him some fruit or a comb of honey.

Sjah - Okapi Male

Sjah is an elusive and mysterious creature from the tallwood forest. He is very secretive and never stays in one place for long. He only befriends with the Nightwalkers and they are not very open to sharing his tales. They only tell us he is very observant and that he knows every bit of talk of the valley and many a well kept secret of the tall wood.
Beside that we know he is mated to Sultane, who is from the same species as he is.

Sjofn - Fjord Filly

Sjofn is a sweet and playful Fjord filly. She is cute and very beloved by a lot of the stablehands and the kids at the stables. She loves to rough house, even with the stablehands. She is very independent and wanders quite a way away from her mother, in the meadows.
In the meadows she mostly plays with Jace, Michiel, Malia and Elvy. She loves to race around with them and is quite the wild buckaroo.
Her parents are Thor and Eydis, she has no siblings.


Sjofn is a junior member of the Sarnori Mountain Clan. She is a sociable and sweet filly. She is mostly polite, but can also be rather mischievous. She is very playful and have a lot of friends in the herd. She is always making up new games and her laughter can often be heard in her herd. Her best friends are Jace, Michiel, Malia and Elvy.
Her parents are the mare Eydis and the stallion Thor. She has no siblings.
