Murphy - Icelandic Pony Stallion

Murphy is a small but strongwilled and handsome Icelandic Pony Stallion. He is stubborn and not an easy horse to handle when he is in a foul mood.
Murphy is good at racing and natural horsemanship. He is available to experienced younger riders who want to develop their skills in natural horsemanship or horse racing
With the mare Lofn, Murphy has one colt. His name is Grewyn. Murphy likes to play with his son quite a lot.


Murphy is a member of the Sarnori mountain clan. He is Aegon's left hoof stallion. This makes him the third highest in rank.
He is a headstrong and fierce little stallion and should not be underestimated despite his small frame. He is also the fastest member of the herd.
Murphy is mated to Lofn. With her he has a son, Grewyn. He has no siblings.

Emily - Holsteiner Yearling Filly

Emily is a headstrong and energetic Holsteiner yearling mare. She is already quite big and independant. The stable hands have already started her natural horsemanship training. She reacts especially well to verbal queue’s.
Emily is usually put in the meadow with the other yearlings. For most of them she doesn’t really care. She gets along well with Eomer and Sansa. She is very sociable to younger foals. She likes to look after her cousin Dearon.
Her sire is Jared and her dam Kim. She has no siblings.


Emily is a young member of the Sextuplets. She is a yearling mare and already is quite independent of her parents. Parents are already trying to secure a mating between Emily and their sons. Emily is holding off.
Emily is a sociable young mare. She is well liked by many members of her herd and even some younger member of other herds. She is sweet and well spoken and very gentle. She is also very kind even to those outside her herd.
Emily’s parents are Jared and Kim. She has one aunt named Healena, one uncle named Bealor and a cousin called Dearon.

Boarding

At our stables, private individuals and small businesses can pay to house their horses. Extra payment is required if they want the stablehands to take care of their horses, exercise their horses and for the Stable’s own vet and farrier to see to the boarded horse.
The boarded horses are stabled in a separate barn. This is the barn the furthest away from the entrance gate and it is also the most heavily secured. These horses are not Mr. Perenbaum’s proppery, so he is very careful with them.

The boarders are all given a locker where they can keep their tack and brushes. If a horse requires medicine, boarders are asked to keep it in a special locker, marked with their horses name, where the stablehands can reach it.
The boarded horses are, unless on a specific diet, fed like all the other horses, around the same time and from the same supply. Boarded horses with a special diet mostly also get fed by the stablehands, but the boarder has to supply the diet food themselves.

Boarders are allowed to use the meadows, arena’s, washing area’s and treadmill at their own leasure. They pay lower rates for group lessons, but the same rate for private lessons.

Nestle - Shetland Pony Mare

Nestle is a sweet and peppy Shetland Mare. She is energetic, but also rather obedient for a shetland pony. She isn’t especially hard working though and loves to take it easy. Her biggest two passions are basking in the sun and eating snacks.
Nestle is available for lessons for the beginning riders. The kids really love her, because she is surprisingly patient. Or maybe she is just lazy. She is rather sociable to other horses. Her meadow friends are Briony, Claire and Thea.
Nestle has three sisters, Sprinkles, Wendy and Tinkerbell. They are all full blood siblings.


Nestle is a member of the Sarnori Mountain Clan. She is a sweet and chatty mare. She is very sociable and has many a friend. Almost every member of the herd likes her. She is helpful and very loyal to her friends. But she also tends to be a bit nosey and can be a bit of a gossip.
She is mated to the mare Briony, they have no adopted offspring. She has three sisters, Wendy, Tinkerbell and Sprinkles. Lavinia is her sister by law. This makes Nestle aunt to Peregrin, Confetti, Jan and Michiel.

Skjelg - Tawa

Skjelg is one of the sneaky predators from the Backlands. The Dragons tell us not even his fellow carnivores trust him. He is opportunistic and clever. He is a wicked beast and the beastling have rued that day they tried to make him their ally. He will attack anyone he does not know on sight. Even even some he does know will be attacked by his sharp teeth and clever teeth.

Skye - Pegasus Stallion

Skye is one of the rare and shy Pegasi that roam the valley. They rest in the clouds, where not even the Rainbow Fae can follow them. The Fae are not sure how many Pegasi make up a herd or how long they live.
The stallions of the herd are a bit bolder than their mares and they fly out in cloudless skies to impress all those who live in the valley with their acrobatics. Soarin and Skye, two brothers, have also been seen socialising with unicorn stallions.
With the stallion Brisa, Skye has two foals, a Filly names Xion and a colt named Ventus.

Slisser - Dungeon Viper

He has made victims amoung the peaceful inhabitants of the valley and the dragons are on the hunt of him, having agreed they will kill him on sight.
Slisser has a brother named Sluiper.

He has made victims amoung the peaceful inhabitants of the valley and the dragons are on the hunt of him, having agreed they will kill him on sight.
Sluiper has a brother named Slisser.

Slyther - Poacher Dragon

Slyther is a fierce and clever dragon. He is one of the few dragons that live in the large forrest. He has made the woods his home and knows better than anyone. He navigates the woody expanse with careful precision, but always hunts in the lands of man. The woodland creatures are his friends and he would defend them with his life.
Slyther keeps council with the stags and the wolves. They have a keen grasp of what goes on with those that live alongside them in the woods. They often ask the Dragon’s council for small disputes, or his aid when the Beastling attack.
Slyther is not very well befriended with the other dragons. He sometimes does rendez vous with them, but keeps mostly to himself.

Children and Adults lessons

People of all ages can take riding lessons at Valyria Stables. Even the very young, the very old and the disabled.
Lessons are given every day of the week, except sunday. Lessons are private or in groups. These groups are build up of people who are of an age but also of the same experience. Lessons last from half an hour to two hours. For those who have no own horses, the price is a bit higher than for those who do. These people are not allowed to choose which horse they ride in the lesson.

In the lessons, every type of discipline will be taught. Beginning riders are first taught how to correctly sit in the saddle and how to lead a horse. Riding crops and spurs are heavily discouraged.
The arena’s are used for the western disciplines: Reigning, Western Pleasure, Trail, Cutting and Barrel Racing, and the following English disciplines: Jumping, Dressage, Natural Horsemanship and Voltige. A special meadow is used for the Racing, Polo, Ring-Tilting and Coach Driving.

The lessons are taught by Joost, Tinka, Niklas, Marisè and Gus. Niklas and Tinka especially teach the children.

Smauglock - Fighter Dragon

Smauglock is a fierce fighter dragon, well respected and even feared. He has a short temper and weapons on every end of his body. He is clever, but not very wise. He is a fierce defender of the valley, only hunting in the realm of man.
Smauglock is one of the dragons fighting back the Beasts of the Backlands and the Beastlings when they threaten to attack The Valley. He is a skilled fighter and is very loyal to the other dragons. He is a hero among the inhabitants of the valley.

Snuf - Rabbit Male

Snuf is one of the many bunnies at the stables. They are kept at a few coops and pens where the children can enter to cuddle and play with the bunnies. Snuf is very outgoing and playful and will ever try to play with the children. She loves to cuddle and be petted.
With Stampertje, she has a litter of young, Benjamin, Pieter and Nijntje. She is rather protective of her babies and if she is not pleased with who they are with, she will usher them away. She is from the same litter as Snuitje.


Snuf is a member of the rabbit colony that lives in the fields of the butterfly fae. Faelings from all the tribes of Fae come there to play with the bunnies. Snuf is very sweet and happily cuddles with the Faelings.
With her mate Stampertje she has a litter, Benjamin, Pieten and Nijntje. She is very protective of her babies and will make sure they are safe and sound, always.

Bowers - French Bulldog

Bowers is officially Marisè’s French Bully, but prefers the twins to her. They gave him his name and love to play with him. He is a quite a lazy and happy dog, loving attention, preferring to stay by the space heater in the canteen or in the house. He is not very sociable to other dogs.


Bowers lives with Man beyond the Fog. The Man that own him are very rich and keeps her as a lap dog and spoil him rotten.
He is unmated, but has one brother named Belch.

Snuffel - Flemmish Lop Rabbit

Snuffel is one of the many bunnies at the stables. They are kept at a few coops and pens where the children can enter to cuddle and play with the bunnies. Snuffel is a big lazy bum that just loves to relax and mostly prefers to be left alone.


Snuffel is a member of the rabbit colony that lives in the fields of the butterfly fae. Faelings from all the tribes of Fae come there to play with the bunnies. Snuffel prefers to lay aside and observe. He is not the lead stag of the colony so he can’t really be bothered to keep an eye out.

With Pimpernelle, he has a litter of young, Flopsie, Mopsie and Wipstaart. He is a very involved dad.

Soarin - Pegasus Stallion

Horse for Hire

Most horses, that are owned by Mr. v.d. Perenbaum, can be hired for rides in the forest or around town. This is open for all people that come in. There is an hourly rate, with a three hour max.

There are a few rules for taking horses out in the woods or town. Only certified riders are allowed to go in town and all riders have to sign a waver for the insurance, in case a horse gets injured or bolts.
Riders are obligated to wear a riding helmet and leave behind their valuables when they ride out. Riding crops are spurs are not allowed.

Maege - Grizzly Bear Female

Maege lives in the valley's forrest with her mate Jorah and cubs Koda, Thijs and Jorella. She is an animal of habbit. She likes it when his days are the same. Same old same old is good to her, even though her cubs bore of it very easily.
The bears keep to themselves, in their family unit. Sometimes they seek out the wisdom of Ursus and bears of other kinds, but not the other animals that dwell in the woodlands.

Jorella - Grizzly Bear Cub

Jorella lives in the forests of the valley with her mother Maege and her brothers Koda and Thijs. Her father Jorah travels mostly independent from them. Jorella loves playing with other young animals, like black bear cubs Brownie and Beorn. She is a good climber, trees hold no secret for him. She does not like to stray from the forest, the open plains too wide and flat for him.

Sokka - Giant Pangolin

Sokka is a clever and humorous animal. He has few things to worry about, because he is covered in very hard scales and when he rolls up, nothing can harm him. He moves around in the valley at his leisure. He does prefer the Tallwood Jungle, but comes everywhere, really.
His closest friends are Milo, Redgie and Hoyhoy. He is not mated.

Unfortunately pangolins have a lot to worry about because they're covered with these scales and humans are quite stupid and can make money using it and selling to very ignorant people. I am glad your beautiful pangolin is having a good life.

Songbird - Baroque Pinto Mare

Songbird is a very sweet but headstrong Baroque Pinto mare. She is a show mare and a dressage horse. She has a lot of elegance and her beautiful colorations make her a very wanted horse for photoshoots or equestrian fashion shows.
This makes her very patient and tollerant. She has nerves of steel and is very acceptant of children and other animals. Even loud barking dogs and such don't bother her. She is very sociable too. She is very open to meeting all sorts of new people and animals. She is easy to pair up with other horses in the meadow or during rides. Her best friends are Suma, Willow, Jeyne and Peggy Sue.
With the Frappaloosa Lucifer, she has two foals. Mephisto and Faust. She has no siblings.


Songbird is a member of the Pendragon herd. She is a very well liked member of a moderately high rank. She is very wise and always willing to help another horse out. She is sociable and has many friends amoung the mares of the herd. She can be very firm, but rather soft at other times. She tends to be rather strict with the foals, because she likes it when foals are polite and well behaved.
With her mate Lucifer she has two colts, Mephisto and Faust.

Sora - Pegasus Colt

Sora is a very beautiful pegasus colt. He is a very good flyer and the speediest of the pegasus foals. He is often seen in the sky and meadows playing with his friends. But he stays away from the fae and the herds of horses. He always keeps in eyeshot of his mother when he is on the ground.
His sire is Soarin and his dam Helia. He has one older brother, named Notus.

Spirit - Shire Colt
[My very first schleich love for my birthday, what a wonderful coïnsidence]

A rather shy Shire colt. He does tend to be sociable to all other horses and other animals alike, but needs a while to open up. He likes to play with a few. His main playmates are Pablo, Pipo, Dilan and Dottie.
His parents are Gijs and Jeany. He isn't yet weened, but rather independent already. He tends to stay by Jeany's side. He's fine staying in the stables while his mother is out riding. He also gets along with his father.


Spirit is a member of the Pendragon herd. His parents have a well off status, so he enjoy a rather high standing. Not that he gives a fig. He spends his days playing with his friends Pablo, Pipo and Dottie.
His parents are Gijs and Jeany. They are very caring to their son and Spirit loves them both dearly.
