| These days I am trying to up-date the Safari part of TAI. Safari...because it is so far the only catalogue I have for 2017 Adding the new ones is fun and easy. But it takes a long time to find out which ones are retired, because I have to check each and every model. So far I can see that the range seems to be expanding, because there are many news, and not many retired ones. I have not at all been through all, but in the North America-series I am very surprised to see these three being retired : - The roadrunner - The Opossum with babies - The lynx, which was launched last year Now don't run out and get some and hope to be able to sell at a profit, because Safari is THE expert in retiring models and then launch them a couple of years later Should somebody have a total list of retired Safari models, it will of course be most welcome |

| I don't have a list unfortunately, neither a catalogue but I am very surprised with the retirement of the Canadian lynx. Actually, I was already surprised with the release because the bobcat was not being retired and these figures work in a cannibalistic way Fortunately I have all these 3 and I am very happy with them. |

| Yes, both lynx and possum ( and roadrunner) are very nice models For those who like prehistoric toobs, there are some retirements that I don't understand either. I have checked and checked, but think it is right : - Prehistoric Mammal Skulls - Prehistoric sealife - Prehistoric Sharks - Prehistoric Crocodiles - Cambrian life are retired It seems I will have to do a bit of shopping also |

| Prehistoric TOOBS are now prehistory! Wonderful all this work you're doing to provide us information about retired figures. It is actually very stressing once I already tried with a smaller range as Papo and it is not easy at all. |

| I looked in my 2017 catalog and the lynx was there, as well as the gastornis and tree fern which were also supposed to be retired. Perhaps they've stopped production but have enough to keep them in for now? |

Ohh! THANKYOU !!! Yes, the lynx is there , hurraaay This show how useful it is to share this info After some hours of staring at the tiny numbers and many smal pictures in the catalogue, it can slip It would rellay be ideal if we could get enough people to work in teams Yes, - as far as I can see, none of the models in the wild Safari dinos series are retired |

| The Red Deer Stag and Canadian Lynx were both on my "to buy" list for 2016, I bought the Stag but never the Lynx. I thought I had more time to buy it, apparently not! I placed an order for one just now. |

| Retired in the series of farm animals are the beautyful Charolais cow and her calf. The Manx-cat and the red-tabby cat are moved to the DOG-series "Best in show" I hope it means that we will get some more cat-breeds next years

It's a chance I already have Cambrian Life Toob and Prehistoric Sharks Toob![/quote] Yes, that's lucky Isn't it irritating how they take out such magnificent toobs, and fill up with some where half are just taken from other toobs ? |

I don't know if you have the new 2017 catalogue in hand where the Lynx isn't presented, but when I go to the Safari ltd. website, both the new and old Lynx are for sale from their website. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]I do find it shocking to see how much the prize went up for the new birds though. They cost $7 now. The new Redtailed Hawk even $10! Why? |
