Saiga antelope

Another WIP, saga antelope, 1:22 scale.

You can see how far along I am, will be working on the horns, ears, eyes, and hoof details today.

Thank you both, I'm still active but have so many other things going on I am hardly on the site except to message people I can't contact by other means.

I still do all sorts of plants and landscaping, birds and recently different fish. Here is one, Pseudoplatystoma tigrinum.

I've done a bit more on the saiga, I've got the hoofs almost done, put the eyes and ears and added one horn. I hope to finish the second horn shortly.

Once I'm done here I have to add fur and paint, hopefully in the next couple of days. I plan to make a small herd, this boy, at least 2 females, and a young, maybe my herd will grow!

Congratulation Saiga is becoming a common animal

I've finished the saiga antelope figure, I still have to make a base for him but that will be done in a day or two.

I'm very sorry for this first picture, it was from my iPad, as soon as the base is done I'll get better pictures.

The antelope will be removable from the base but it does not stand on its own. There is a tennon (a wire extension on his front left hoof) that can be pushed into a foam block, the base I'm making or your own diorama.
