The trilogy of saiga: Empty
PostSubject: The trilogy of saiga:   The trilogy of saiga: EmptyThu Aug 11, 2011 10:38 pm

Hi friends here amblématique an animal dear to me;
not a natural beauty at first sight;
but which deserves respect,
méconu as they say it's not my friend!
but when you look a little closer it is cute and is attached to it quickly.
(What is beauty, just a matter of taste?)

I start a project that I committed to achieving a Saiga antelope in my collection because I think it shook ever achieved by the tenor of pvc ...
This is my first attempt, a customization - modeling and bad painting, but the poor result tells me to persevere.
Here are the first pictures ........ On a couple of Saiga in my collection

bounce cheers alien Wink

Fell under the spell of this specimen,
I start the project Saiga 2.
It he will realize I self-hardening clay, but after dry completely,
it crumbles, fisure and is rapidly deteriorating.
This will leave as a relic of another time .... Terracota!
Under the guidance of Anna and Roger I realize my third Saiga, jespers this good-time.

Very Happy I love you Wink scratch study queen

Jean-Luc, it shows clearly that the practice is the best friend of an artist!
We see your saigas improving in quality while you are pratising more and more. Of course sending it to Harriet you will have a great painting but you will also loose a chance to develop your talent!, :) I can't remember my guidance in your project but I'm very glad seeing it!
Remember Jean-Luc, even the sun rises slowly, but always rises! sunny

They are fantastic, Luc Very Happy
Not only the sculpturing and colour, - they look as if they move and are having a good saiga-family-time cheers

Ohhh, I wished I had that kind of talent, imagination and steady hands, - and good eyesight too, I suppose Wink
