Thanks! I don't create casts of these models, but I do sell them as 3D printed figurines in 2 different types of plastic. On my site https://www.shapeways.com/shops/mininature you can find them in multiple scales. Stijn, in shapeways some of the figures' details stated 'hollow" and some "solid." Are some of the figures hollow?
Yes, that's true. All the models stated hollow are hollow, because the price that's calculated by Shapeways I made up with the cm3 material, cm2 surface and space inside the printer, so all the models I made hollow, are hollow so they are cheaper. For the hollow models, there are holes under the feet, or hidden between the legs. Because of the holes, you can decide to fill the figurines with some material, so they feel solid again. If you have some more questions, feel free to ask _________________ Stijn. My Site with 3D Printable Animals

| I think this last batch is even better than most of the previous that seemed more than perfect! The level of detail is increasing and very clever choices for poses. They're really wonderful and seeing them after painted through the beautiful pictures of our friends just make them even more desirable. Gerenuks are really tempting, I suspect it is useless to wait that a brand release one of these and that the best choice is acquiring your models once they're made with very delicate parts as in real animals. |

| It’s time for a new update. I finished uploading my latest creations. First of all, the collection of cheetahs became bigger with this male and two cubs, a bit older than the former cubs: I’ve also two new elephant bulls. First a kneeling Indian one: And an aggressive African bull: And what’s a update without new antelopes. My newest addition is the Hartebeest. Because all subspecies are so distinctive from each other in shape, I couldn’t make a choice and love to capture all these different characteristics. Here are all 8 new models: From left to right, the first one is the Red Hartebeest, also named Cape Hartebeest. This one is considered as a separate species. You can find them in southern Africa. The second is the Coke’s Hartebeest or Kongoni. This is the subspecies in the Serengeti region. Third is Bubal or Northern Hartebeest. Sadly this subspecies is extinct in the 20s last century. It was widespread in the area above the Saharan Desert. Fourth is the Lichtenstein’s Hartebeest. This one is most of the time considered as a separate species. It ranges from the Kruger National Park to Tanzania. Than we have the Western Hartebeest, the largest of all, found on the savannahs of western Africa. The sixth is the Swayne’s Hartebeest, a endangered species, only found in one spot of Ethiopia. Next is the Lelwel Hartebeest, also named Jackson’s Hartebeest, found on the savannahs of central Africa above the Congo rainforest. And last is the Tora Hartebeest, one of the most critically endangered species and maybe even extinct. It should be found in northern Ethiopia and Eritrea. Hope you all like these new additions! _________________ Stijn. My Site with 3D Printable Animals
