| Here are some additional pictures from the new Papo catalog: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]A tamer to match the large number of bipedal animals such as Polar Bear, Grizzly, Black Bear, Tiger, Mountain Gorilla and all the carnivorous Dinosaurs, I think he will not survive. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The Rattlesnake seems to be bendable: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]New there are some displays: ice field (that looks quite ok), jungle, savannah and prehistoric times. I think it's a good idea, but they could have been more natural, not so comic-colorful. The animal models do not really come into their own. Let's see, maybe they really look better. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]...the jungle display can be combined with the savannah display [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Unfortunately, there is only a small, poorly printed picture of the blue whale's open mouth, but at least: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]...and an Inuit [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]It continues for the horses and riding fans: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]...Papo wants to make Schleich competitors And from the farm series these new models: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]_________________ [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Sorry, my English is not so good, I hope You understand me [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

| Wow, the angora rabbit is so cute! And the angora goats and the silky chicken, so lovely! No new cats or dogs? By the way, why did they put penguins on the cover next to that Inuit man? That can only cause confusion about the life on two different continents and people already confuse them way too often I just notice they made a model of a tamer , like in circus yes? Horrible, ithink it doesn't belong to our times and I think it's a shame that the toy company sees it as a good idea to make a model like that. Like, kids will play about abusing animals and see the circus with animals like it's a normal thing? i don't get it. _________________ Anna Horse and Bird studio - Horse sculptures My model horse collection

And I fully agree with you because of the tamer, it is absolutely out of date. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]I also find the front part of the zoo really bad, the cages are reminiscent of the prison more than a hundred years ago, that has nothing to do with a modern zoo today. The two free enclosures are okay, but a bit to small. Also it is not nice for children to play, everything is too tight. I do not know what Papo thought. Please do not misunderstand, I like old animal houses in zoos and their history, but if they are contemporary and appropriate to the species with smaller animals. Since I like the new displays much better, even if they look a bit unnatural. _________________ [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Sorry, my English is not so good, I hope You understand me [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

| Hey, thank you, Yurumi:) Yes, for example the Zoo Leipzig is a good example of how a modern zoo should look like. |

There was no visitors at this time in the zoo, so they should use a tranquilizer gun or a net gun. Yurumi, can you post the photos from fantasy and knights, please? |

Yurumi, can you post the photos from fantasy and knights, please? Also not right, not out of cage, but broke out of the free enclosure and it only had to be shot a lion, as there was a danger that this breaks two security barriers of employees. It was previously tried to work with anesthesia, but this has not worked and the lion was unpredictable and unfortunately had to be shot as a last resort, for the safety of the zoo animal keepers. The second lion still lives in Leipzig Zoo with a female. Sorry, of the fantasy and knights I did not take any pictures, we are here in an animal forum _________________ [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Sorry, my English is not so good, I hope You understand me [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |
