Battat Terra Caribou- a walkaround

Here is the caribou from Battat's Terra series:































It is large compared to the Schleich deer in the picture. This is, however, a scale that could match existing figures such as arctic foxes, hares, or wolverines. I think it is a well-done figure overall. The one notable detraction is the hoof shape, which is small and generic rather than the distinctive form of a caribou foot. The antlers look like they are covered in velvet due to the rounded tips.

Is marvellous and has beautiful pose.

This caribou is actually a neath figure. It may not be a masterpiece as the CollectA woodland caribou but, a very convicent piece indeed. It is a good idea you suggest its large size as good to work in scale with smaller animals. Maybe among AAA or other similar brands, it is also possible to find a good huge moose to work with it.

Maybe the Safari Wildlife Wonders moose. (Unless that is too large- I haven't seen it in person... )

Maybe, the figure is marketed as 1/15 scale, maybe this caribou is in a slightly larger scale but who knows, they work well together.

Great pictures! Is this model on sale anywhere in Europe?

I stil do not have this model. Where and how can we in Europe get hold of one?

@Numaan Best one can do is to ask an American forum member to buy it for you, I might do so sometime in the future as the figure is still available on Battat's website and quite beautiful.
