The 2018 STS Banner contest

Lovely banners this year Can't wait to see who the winner is!

Funny, I created the banner for the ATF and about half the species used in banner #2 will also be in my ATF banner LOL (the ATF banner always has figures only for that upcoming year).
So I happily voted for #2! :)
But they are all nice

Again, like each year, I have a hard time choosing.

My choice was really hard and it is amazing how our community keeps being able of generating such wonderful banners! Big thanks to every participants and also to Christophe for all the work to bring this initiative all years.

Oh...I would like to have such fantasy and artistic\technical talent...it was very hard to choose...very interesting and colorful all the 4 banners, bravo!

Ladies and gentlemen, the breathtakingly suspenseful 2018 STS Banner contest is closed.

I first want to congratulate all the competitors. You were four and you are all as important as the winner. Our forum can be very proud to see so much talented members spending their time and energy for this annual event. I wish we will see more and more candidates in the future.

No work will be lost because, like last year, every banner in competition will be the STS banner for one week and will join the STS Logo museum.

I also want to thanks the 108 voters.

As you have noticed, the 2018 banner will be the n°2. Big congratulation to its creator zirkoon.

I am very proud that you liked my banner so much. I have to say thanks to all who voted.
It was a lot of fun for me to create a banner for this lovely and great forum.
And it was an exciting vote because all the banners were very good.
I take the hat off to all who have also designed one of the STS banners.

Congratulations for everybody who did hard work!
I am so happy that the winner had my voice!

I love that we never know who are the authors of these wonderful banners. Zirkoon surely made a wonderful work and the quality of the others enriches the work of the winning one. Actually, as Christophe tells, all are winners and we will enjoy all of them proudly on top of our forum! I really hope this initiative continues for many years and that more talented friends participate on it.

It is a nice idea to run a banner contest each year. The current STS banner is excellent.
