| I'd been wanting this North Light Cob for ages, but had given up hope of ever having one - as they were so expensive. But by chance I found this one of eBay which only had a few hours left bidding - I really didn't think I'd get it, but I did and for such a good price! | Thank you Krisite, Mihnea and Rio!! I still can't believe I won him!  Yes, I saw them on Utterly Horses - quite expensive though! If they'd had the Cob in stock and I hadn't won this one I would have bought it I think, as I know I'd never get the chance to have one again.

The brand is called North Light - they were animal figurines made by a company in England and not so long ago they stopped making their figurines and sold everything to a company in China. Making the "Made in England" figurines valuable, they are quite expensive to buy but if you keep an eye out on eBay you might get one at a bargain price! He's quite big - I'll take a picture with a Schleich horse for you. But he measures about 6" high (16cm).

| Just a question: Is it made of resin, like Breyers, or is it similar to Schleich or Collecta, wich are made of some kind of hard subber?
There´s only one thing I like less in this model: it has no mane! And the tail looks a bit rare to me. But gosh! Yep, he's a big guy - there's a smaller model you might like, it's a new forest pony, comes in different colours as does the cob. If you look here [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] you can see him in my cabinet, next to the cob and harness horse. :) there are some sites still selling this model, utterly horses is one.
