NOW WITH PHOTO! New project - I would love your opinion

Hi friends! I am about to sculpt a likaon, something I´ve been wanting for a long time now. Would you be interested in getting a copy? 1:22 size to fit my bushbuck and bontebok and "mistery bear" (and most of the animal replicas that the great sculptors here make). I´m not sure about the pose... I have something in mind... And male or female?

Please let me know your suggestions and ideas!

I think perhaps a "trotting" pose would be nice if you like to keep it simple? Or maybe something like a female feeding newborn puppies?
Do you prefer an action pose, a little scene (like feeding, hunting, playing), or something more static?

That is a name new to me for the African wild dog

Thank you for the ideas :) I am going with something than can be some kind of static, but also can fit a scene or diorama well. I like the female with the puppies idea and I will keep it in mind for future sculptures :) as this is going to be my first canid and my second carnivore I prefer to start witn something a bit more simple. I think I will have it finished soon!

We'd surely appreciate more a less usual species but African wild dogs are really wonderful creatures and their social habits are really nice. I think a pose like the standing Papo cheetah would work perfectly in an African wild dog.

I haven´t seen many african wild dogs made by companies like Papo, Schleich... I thought they were not very usual! Anyway, this is an animal I have been wantong to sculpt for a long time so this time I don´t really mind if it is common or not :) Thanks for the suggestion Rogério!

No other choice is better than the one we wish and that give us pleasure. You are also right, considering that African wild dogs are relatively known to the general public, it is actually misrpresented in toy shape or as replica.
