Just a try to test the painting of these Schleich snow leopards.. their sculpting is not so bad but their painting .. will not help them to survive in wilderness!

That's an impressive test and the Schleich performance is clearly negative. Though, the market is another kind of wilderness. The white or colors close to it are very popular among children, even more when it is an animal with the word snow in its name.

Adam, Petra is a wonderful romano-nabatean troglodyt city in a very rocky jordanian area.

Rogério, I think that if there is something to discover in this rocky backgroud, you'll find it soon ..and that could be.. an ammonite! (indeed!)

Stupendous discovery of another new cat species!


As the now famous naturalis-ranger Daniel was shooting one markhor goat on Pamir mountains, he noticed another animal behind the goat on the left side.. so he aimed again with his zoom lens and..

"Another expedition will soon have to get tracks and fur to establish precisely its link with other cat species but seeing the pictures it seems it could be another caracal  species particulary adapted to montaneous and rocky  areas as his longer tail and cryptic fur show"  explained ranger Daniel who added he was well known by inhabitants  who had mentionned and described him several times to travellers, but till now, it had been supposed to be just a common eurasian lynx.

" So after one "forest caracal" we could have now one "snow caracal"  ended ranger Daniel.
