SUY March 2019: Small Wild Cats

In your list you forgot to mention the two North American species, bobcat and Canadian lynx. :)

And from a taxonomic standpoint, the mountain lion/puma and cheetah are also 'small cat's.

Good catch. I did not even notice I left out North America. I got the info. from the Wildlife Conservation Network.

Yes I could, except for the "Asian wildcat" that I don't accept as different than the European wildcat, but I compensate this by elevating Iriomote cat to species level as always has been considered before. I also consider domestic cat as distinct. And of course I dont accept in any way the separation of two "species" of oncilla and two "species" of leopard cat!!!! (I was more or less aware of the spilt, at least in the oncilla, but that don't change anything)

I am not sure it's a good idea to post lynxes with little cats because their separation is as old as the one of these latters with big cats..
