The Insect Lore animals in my zoo

I was disappointed when Insect Lore released these. They are cheap copies of K&M Figures. Especially since Insect Lore created several very nice and original figures for insect life cycle sets...

And there I see again that very neat species we only see in the toy world: the hybrid PAPILIO LUNAMOTHUS.

PAPILIO LUNAMOTHUS is a very unique Lepidopteran. It is a hybrid created through the expériences of scientists Sir Major Toy, Sir Lord Insect and the mysterious KM. Papilio Lunamothus présents itself with the shape of a typical Papilionidae, but it has the colors and patterns of Actias Luna, a Saturnidae. The experience was made possible thanks to the resemblance between the swallowtail back wing protubérances, that are similar to the back wing protubérances of the Luna Moth. This similarity made possible the hybridation and Papilio Lunamothus is now brought to life. We can see it in Enthomoludogist collections around the world.
