When I was a child (a long time ago!), I did'nt like this orangutang from Starlux but I had no choice.. a try to meliorate this poor figurine..

Very antropomorphic figure. Surely it doesn't look like the best friend from your childhood.
I love these figures anyway. Your work is surely a step forward and you haven't removed the special charm of this orange mutant.

The model still have an odd sculpture for an orang-utan but your repainting is really nice

Yes, the Starlux apes are generally a bit odd. The repaint certainly makes the orang better.

Off-topic: Caracal, have you ever repainted the Britains springbuck? I wonder what it looks like if the colours are right.
