| Here's another dino I like the least in the collection. This could have been an awesome model if It was actually based on the drawing from the magazine. But instead they seem to have used an existing mold of a weird Diplodocus. 17/50 [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

| You are right about the Diplodocus. But at least, it has some charm on it`s face |

Do you know if the Diplodocus was copied from a mold from other company? I think some dinos from the set are maybe copies of AAA dinos. Like the next one. 18/50 Euoplocephalus is one of the weakest figures of the set. It doesn't resemble the picture from the magazine at all, and I suspect it is a figure already existed before the collection that was just used out of convenience. If I'm not mistaken it might even be a figure by AAA. Or was AAA who copied De Agostini? [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

| Figure 20/50 The last one for today. It's getting late here ;D ;D This one I have to say, I actually restored the paint in one of the copies I have. I already had one when I bought the complete collection recently, so I ended up with two. I still haven't tried to restore the paint job from the other doubles I have (but I probably will do that in a few). I intended to sell the doubles to get some of my money back, but asking around the forums I realized not many people are willing to buy these for the price I wanted, so I decided to keep my doubles. A few of them at least. Since Huayangosaurus is perhaps my favorite dinosaur of the whole set, I had to start my restoration project with him. When I was a kid here in Brazil, i was given a dinosaur Magazine with the same illustration as the one below, used as inspiration for the toy. That was my first ever dinosaur magazine and I fell in love with this dinosaur and it's colors. It is indeed part of my earliest memories. Now I have one figure with the factory paint, a bit beat up, and a seemingly new piece, with a fresh restoration. I did not repaint the whole toy, I just used some acrylics to paint the scuffs on the tip of the spikes, nose, feet and tail. Most of the underside was with a purple wash, but the top was not touched much and the pinkish color is mostly original. | 21/50 Next on the line, Hypacrosaurus, quite faithful to the original paleoart that inspired it, despite having a simplified paint scheme. The figure has lines sculpted on it showing that originally they intended to paint the complex markings on the dinosaur [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

| 23/50 Indosuchus is one of my favorites of the set, a weird species, painted in bright colors, just how I like it. BEsides, it's quite similar to the inspiring paleoart, always a plus! This one I have two copies too, so I'll probably restore the paint rubs in one of them later. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

| I also enjoy a lot the Indosuchus but apparently I like everything with "suchus" in its name.
