Surprising choice, Patrick! I love this kind of figures, I wished I had more room to collect and display them. I think these also help a lot our collections to look more like a Natural History Museum, not only dinosaurs have that effect.

Definitely! I just got a new display and added some reptile and amphibians in it, with my fossil replicas. Sure gives the room a "natural history museum" vibe.

Excellent! Fortunately Safari makes a lot of lifesized figures, I wonder why this kind of models are not so popular among other major companies.

Hahaha, I wish! Not even close to richness... unless rich people struggle to pay their bills at the end of the month. I guess this is the result of over 15 years of collecting and always looking for the best deals, from cheap eBay lots with rare goodies on them to second hand refurbished (by myself) cabinets and displays. Very Happy

I have been very lucky in finding lots of figures in lots or getting them through trades with very generous people from all around the world. Some were even gifted to me  cheers

Continuing with the close ups, here's the black display with small Safari Ltd. Toobs, Play Visions Prehistoric amphibians and marine reptiles and a few other random items.

I really like these small displays. Neat that each figure has its own little cubby hole.

Thanks guys, for all the compliments. Today I have just received a new lot of figures. I am quite happy with this little haul that finally arrived from Germany. Thanks to [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] for all the help, It was due to his assistance I manage to get some figures I really wanted for a long time. The Stegosaurs are favorites of mine, but the true gems of the lot are the Carnegie Baby Apatosaurus, German variant from 1988 and the quite rare Safari Ltd. Emerald Tree Boa.

Sure Susanne, here's a couple shots of mine. It's not the best condition, but I think it will do.

I just manage to get some free time to photograph my most recent acquisitions. The complete (as far as I can tell) Planeta de Agostini Dinosaur collection, from Argentina. Close ups of each figure will follow soon, with a better clean background.
