Andreas,I assume you mean the 2nd from the right in the standing owls?Its a made in china model and it came with a few other birds including this pigeon.The others were a Peacock,White stork and Ring necked Pheant.
The parrot is from a set of parrots that I think are by PV.

I own the white stork on the green base, and its my only figure from the brand.
