| Very interesting. The red version could be a knock off from Starlux barbary sheep |

| I nearly missed this topic. Great comparisons! Do you know what brand the boer goats (5th photo) are? They look really nice and stand out for being quite different from the rest. |

| I absolutely love it, Benno! Whhat a beautiful collection of goats. After a collector of sheep, a collector of cattle or Susanne as a collector of donkeys, we surely needed it. I will ask my foxes if they find a good idea that I start collecting chicken. My only domestic goats are the Boer goats family from Schleich. I acquired them a long time ago but I was only able of finding the kid with the generous help of a forum friend. Wild goats is another story. Is there any special reason that you collect caprines or have I missed something? |

Wild goats is another story. Is there any special reason that you collect caprines or have I missed something? Hello Roger, thank for your nice words. I start collecting animals in the 90 years. I need some animals for my modeltrains. I visit the Nurenberg Toy Fair and saw many companys with beautiful animals but I cant buy this items in a shop in my town. Later I found in the world wide web this animals and I start to buy in ebay more and more bundles of figures. First I store the figures in little paper boxes and now I will store it in great plastic boxes and sort it. I show the goats because I start to sort my collected animals first with the goats. I have to sort many plastic boxes and I will show you what I found. See the pictures. Benno [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |

| Thanks Taylor! You have a real treasure trove, Benno. Quite a few copies of Hausser Elastolin deer and some originals too. What scale is your model railway? |

Hello Roger, the scale of my modeltrain are gauge 1 or scale 1:32 On the picture you will find the little boy of the company britains and in the fronton the left side of the railroad you see the fox of the company Plaho. Benno [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |
