| Oh, they are wonderful! I think the last one could be a red panda? _________________ Anna Horse and Bird studio - Horse sculptures My model horse collection

| Wow, wonderful old models! Those Charolais stopped me in my tracks. Stunning! _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. | Wonderful childhood figures! The last one is the Hausser Elastolin raccoon, but yes, the way it is painted it looks more like a red panda. The tiger is from Hausser Elastolin and the longhorn cattle and brown cattle too. It looks like they are soft plastic, so from the 54 mm series (rather than 70 mm). |

| That must be the find of the century They are all wonderful, and I agree with Paige that those sherolais cattle are adorable The highland bull looks much like the Britains one, doesn't it ? A truely great model ! But perhaps most of all I am in love with the tiny raccoon Thankyou for sharing ! These days I collect good news as were they made of choclate _________________ SUSANNE |

| Thank you so much my friends for all your kind words! I am very happy you like these old figurines as I do! @rogerpgvg Thank you for all these informations!! I think the cattle is indeed the smaller variety, they are small compared to the Britains cattle (sadly, I wished I could use them in a Dio with some Breyer Stablemates). - SUSANNE wrote:

You made my Day @SUSANNE!! The Highland Bull or maybe Aurochs? is marked with "Made in Hong Kong", no Britains Signatur. I think I need one of these Lego parts for size comparison. |

| Thank you so much Bonnie! Those Charolais are truly a long gone Highlight by Britains. I will keep them in my collection. Maybe they will get an overhaul eventually. |

| The new batch looks very charming, but I can't help identifying them. The Highland steer is a Britains knock-off. Quite a good knock-off. Are the Elastolin cows much smaller than the Charollais? The 54 mm Elastolins should only be slightly smaller; if they are much smaller, then they may be knock-offs too. - Shanti wrote:

No, not long gone . They are still made and sold: https://www.amazon.co.uk/Britains-43240-Multicoloured/dp/B07MBZJQ91/ref=sr_1_31?dchild=1&keywords=britains+charollais&qid=1613832179&sr=8-31 |

| The Elastolin cows are a bit smaller, but not much. I know some Britains are still available but they don't look as good as in the old days. Cheaper I would say. |
