| Wow Looks like Papo will continue with their amazing birds, european (magpie, tit, spoonbill) and exotic (african sea eagle (!) and hummingbird). And they continue with more invertebras I don´t know what Papo released 2021, as there are still figures missing that I haven´t seen in this forum. But the list includes some sealife, too. Common dolphin, leopard shark, giant squid, shrimp and hermit crab. |

| It seems some are re-releases (beaver, okapi, african buffalo, charolais, leatherback turtle) |

| Oooh, the dragons sound nice and promising. Especially if they're the same style as the ice wolf for this year. |

| Hurray! New wolves! I am easy to please. Several of these sound great. I am glad I just repainted a white bellied sea eagle instead of an african one. That was almost my other choice for it. _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. | It sounds like many figures will be reused as the confinement helped us to predict. I hope snail, butterfly, eagle, tit are not using older molds. I don't think I'd enjoy the recently released robin being painted like an Eurasian blue tit as they did with their poison frogs. However, if they needed to reuse moulds, I confess those are not bad ideas. |

I think it is the clouded yellow (Colias croceus). between insects and birds, Papo is becoming my favorite. If the magpie, tit, and spoonbill are the Eurasian magpie, Eurasian blue tit, and Eurasian spoonbill, I'd be very happy Also, what's a 'forest snail'? Maybe an edible snail? Does that mean the snail last year was indeed a garden snail? |

| I updated the list now with dinosaurs and horses. And the sea dragon for fantasy. The snail and the butterfly: I simple translated it into english, i don't know which species the snail is. The butterfly is this one, i think. [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] |

[You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] What is the German name for that snail? I can't find the list on that shop. Isn't it a slug instead? thanks for updating, there's a Lusitano horse, I hope a new better one, their old model is not competitive enough to the current market. |

| I assume the Styracosaurus will be a repaint, I don't have the old one so does that mean it will be retired this year? If so I'll have to grab it. Can't wait for the other 3!! _________________ Jolie

| Oh, I am so interested in this. None of the current american beavers appeal to me, so I have a small hope for this beaver (I think the older version was listed as an American on TAI). A spoonbill of basically any variety would be so wonderful, probably a eurasian and that is perfect. Hummingbird, Magpie, and Tit all interest me greatly, I can only assume that the magpie is a eurasian magpie and the tit a blue tit, which would be great. Correct me if I am wrong, but the eurasian magpie would be unique while the only other blue tit is a k&m figure? I wonder about the species of hummingbird, but they are so under-represented that no matter what species, if it is identifiable I will almost certainly get it. Perfaps the most interesting wildlife by far for me is the African Sea (fish?) Eagle! What an interesting and fantastic choice. The leopard shark is unlikely to replace my safari one unless it is something special, but the common dolphin will be a must have if it is similar to or better than the maia and borges short-beaked common dolphin (or, perhaps, if it is a full sized long-beaked common dolphin?). The leatherback is a huge maybe depending on how it looks. But overall, this fascinates me far more than the first half of collectA this year _________________ Always looking for new species

| I just typed "Waldschnecke" in Google Images and they provided me in first two rows with images of Arianta arbustorum, Arion rufus, Helix pomatia, Arion ater, Limax maximus and Cepaea nemoralis. So, it can be anything _________________ My collection:- (Details):

| In German, there isn't a specific species called Waldschnecke. It only means: "snail/slug which lives in the forest". However I think as the last Papo was a snail, it means we now get a slug. And some of the slugs include in therre german name the information "Waldschnecke". |

| Thanks, it is probably (Cepaea nemoralis) grove snail, what doesn't make any sense, a slug would be more interesting. Its name in French is Escargot des bois that translates litterally to these names in English and German. |

| The magpie sounds the most interesting to me so far, especially if they've gone for a flying or other wings-open pose. I'm amused that everyone's assuming Blue Tit when they've only given us a family name and no species yet; why not a Great Tit which are just as common, or the much more interesting (and cute) Long-tailed Tit. I'd love a tiny one of those! |
