Also, there is apparently a 'Giant octopus' (Giant Pacific?)

Thanks Beatrice, I simply love the list and there are so many interesting animals. The scarlet ibis is a very long wish.
However, the most unusual species is surely the short-finned macaque, I'm sure not even our friend Christophe have ever heard of it. As it is being released at the end of 2024, it has time enough to be transformed into a short-finned pilot whale. If all these figures have the same quality we've been witnessing lately, I think it will be a espectacular year for Papo. It is only a pity those prices have increased so much.
I hope the Caiman is not just the crocodile baby being reused.
There are three Farm figures I'm interested, all birds.
My only complaint is again no dogs.

I'm so excited!!!! I've been waiting for Papo to announce their new stuff and WOW this list is amazing!!!

2 Owls!? A scarlet ibis too!! I've been wanting one for so long besides Safari's toob one.. A Guinea fowl too!! Even a white peacock sounds exciting...

6 new birds I can't wait to see!

So the short-finned macaque is a Shortfin mako, makes sense. Again I find this list fabulous, I'm anxious to see pictures.

The birds and clouded leopard are a point of interest for me personally. :3

catalogue pics were posted on ATF. The 'Florida tortoise' is not a tortoise and looks like a red-eared slider. The 'tufted monkey' is not a tufted capuchin (but I don't know what it is). The 'flying owl' is a snowy owl.

It seems that my old Mojo clouded leopard could be replaced soon. This figure has a special place in my heart, as Mojo was the first modern brand to release this species, but the newer ones from Safari and now Papo look real better. When Papo has a good size, maybe it will be on my list.

The ibis and capucin look great, too. But to save money and space. I will stick with my older toob models.
Curious about the species of the other monkey and the caiman.

The porcupine looks excellent, but I got the Schleich, one, that I really love. Same for the frog and red-eared slider , where I have the Yowie resp. Playvisions model.

My old lineol guinea fowl could now an update, the same for my turkey where I use the CollectA as wild form, however it´s way to big for my taste. The white peacock is not a new species, however a nice coloration variant and common in zoos.

So, the newcomers are really nice, but nothing really special for me personally beside some possible updates.

Oh my, Papo... I'm amazed!
So many wonderful models!
I love all of the birds with my favourite probably being the white Peacock (hopefully with a pearly finish) and the Scarlet Ibis. My overall favourite is probably the Moose cow. I'm so glad that I didn't get the newer Schleich version, she looks so much better. The Musk Ox, Canadian goat and the Porcupine are also on my wishlist.
I also like their clouded leopard and it's wonderful that they made a Valais Blacknose Sheep couple. Now we can have an entire family of them!
My first guess when reading the names of the Penelope line was also that it's probably some kind of a fantasy series. Interesting to see that it's actually a rider line. I don't like that Papo's tack is not removable so the only one that I might get at some point is the first one (Is it Milord or Blacky?). It would be wonderful if the rope could be removable.
The Alpha dragon looks also nice and I love the Alicorn! It's really cool that they gave him dragon wings instead of normal Pegasi wings.
Looking forward to their release!

Oh my gosh Papo no!! I’m going to go broke this year!!

I can’t even say enough good things about these… I pretty much want all the wildlife.

The absolute highlight for me is that scarlet ibis… I love the pose!

So are we under the assumption the 'tufted monkey' is a marmoset? Probably the common marmoset (AKA white-tufted marmoset)? If so, I won't get it and keep the Safari TOOB version. I suppose it could come out to be the black-tufted marmoset, but I doubt it.

2024 might be a more quiet year for me (at least for Papo and CollectA); but honestly, that's OK!

You're perfectly right, I shall spend money yet next year with that wonderful walking lion, the clouded leopard, the musk-ox, the iguana, the caîman, the porcupine, the mountain goat, yhe grey- owl..but I would have liked a new passerine..

Clouded leopard of safari ltd seems better.
I also prefer Collecta turkey.
Maybe Musk ox of Papo & Collecta are the same.
But all others must be bought‍�
