It looks great But why does it need 64 pages manual? I love the poster too!

The picture on the poster doesn't match the model or the box At first glance I wondered if that was a prototype image and they decided to simplify the blue markings when it came to actually painting them on the production line, but then I noticed the horn is pointing a different direction, too!

Those pics are probably from the booklet; maybe they go into the history of discovery of the species, including alternate theories on horn placement and direction.

Well, I think the manual Anna is mentioning is just because each hornlet on Jennie's frill may have a different function like play, pause, forward, stop, etc, I really dislike things with lots of buttons. ... about other silly things, I only hope it explains why there is a dinosaur called Centrosaurus from Kentron (κέντρον) pointy and saurus, lizard and another completely different dinosaur called Kentrosaurus from Kentro (κέντρον) pointy and saurus, lizard. Basically, they have the same name but in this genus, Greek κ was transliterated to C instead of K. It doesn't make any sense to me. I think Kentroceratops could be a much nicer name. Though, it is not PNSO's fault, they just released another wonderful figure and surely the Ceratopsian enthusiasts on forum are really happy these days.

If the Centrosaurus' manual is anything like the booklet that came with their Tylosaurus, it should contain pictures of the figure, artwork (that, yes, doesn't really match the figure), and some scientific info/stories by Yang Yang.

Ooh, so it should be pronounced like Kent with a hard C sound, not Cent like the coins? I've been thinking it wrong every time I read the name!
I took three years of Classical Latin in school, and what I was taught is that 'C' is always pronounced as a 'K'

Thanks for sharing a part of the booklet, actually what i could read is more about the commitment of the company.

It should but it is not to avoid confusion with the Kentrosaurus, the stegosaurid. It is pronounced like central and actually I thought it was related with this particular word. We can hear it with a very British accent in this video. Funny how they feature the poor centrosaurus as wildebeests in a clear analogy with the dramatism of the Great Migration

Zhuchentyrannus looks really like a regular t-rex but the figure is quite beautiful!
A Chinese hadrosaur. Definitely a purchase from me, but I don’t know what is the purpose of that plastic black base.

I believe this is the older one [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] It goes with how this animal used to be drawn, with a cone shaped crest, [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
But now we think it was shaped more like a comb, which is what this new figure looks like. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

Yes, I was refering to that one. The older model also looks less massive with less delicate limbs.

Another beautiful model from PNSO, but too pricey for my taste
