| Big batch again Paige and I know it isn't the last of january For me the Cobra is a Monocled cobra (Naja kaouthia). Does your tortoise have a nuchal scute ? If so it isn't a Galapagos one. |

| I go with Kiki for Cobra, monocled cobra is also my suggestion. Especially because of the Donuts symbol on hood. I am convinced the turtle is a Galapágos tartlet but better to follow Christophe's indications because tartlets look all the same for me. Chameleon seems to be a Fischer's but I don't know what kind of food he is getting. As I am not a food expert, I won't try to guess the last one. |

Does your tortoise have a nuchal scute ? If so it isn't a Galapagos one. From what I can tell (although the angle is off), this figure doesn't have a nuchal scute, so it can go either way (Galapagos never have them, Aldabra may have them) |

| Superb additions!!The thrift stores in your area seem to be an absolute treasure trove!! Would also agree on the cobra being a Monocled. The constrictor and caiman set is a real beauty! |

| I'm afraid the Chameleon doesn't have the typical Fischer's "nose" even if some have no horns. It could simply be a Common or an Indian chameleon ? |

Sure, I forgot the horns but I thought it was the right nose. Indian chameleon seems a very good option even if the nose does not look the same but could it be because the mouth is open? This figure has a very realistic chameleon feel on it. |

| Thank you everyone! Either people around me are going through toys after Christmas additions or they are getting early spring cleaning done... I have found a treasure here or there but not usually all at once like this at thrift stores! Some more treasures. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]An electric blue striped collie, that brittany spaniel model is the darker color form, schleich medieval fighter, disney poodle/labradoodle (from a tv show...???), breyer lusitano stablemate, schleich mini shetland mare (still looks like a powder wig to me), longhorn bull in brown, safari tylosaurus and dilophosaurus, unbranded squirrel, ertl foal, and PV moose were all a ragtag but very pleasant group of additions! Some truly fun items from the three thrift stores near me. But cream of the crop for me was a shopgoodwill discovery (THANK YOU KELLY!!! for the heads up) netted a highly detailed if slightly mangled unknown raptor and Keenway GSD. I need to work on the raptor to fix him up but will try to post close ups soon. But even better than a mystery is a long sought after model... finally, a breyer stablemate mule! Not sure exactly which release as this color was done a few times but I think it is an earlier paint version than other colors. And surprisingly was the Schleich watering hole set, nearly complete too! And funnily enough it was with pet items (employees must have thought it was for a terrarium?) rather than the toys. Only two plant parts were chewed up by a dog, and the water for the waterfall is sunrotted a strange pinkish brown... no animals for it but I have most of them anyway from single releases (only miss the special edition white lions and centipede). Its a fun set for sure, pretty interactive (the tree can be set up as a standing piece or pulled apart to be used as a bridge). [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]And sorry for the garish red couch background. My blue posterboard wasn't big enough! _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. | It is unbelievable how many nice things you can find in trift stores. There's even a Lusitano. Though, I am quite shocked about your couch, I was really convinced everything was blue in your house. |

| Fantastic to find the waterhole! In Scotland, the waterfalls are usually brown. It's due to the peat, you can make good whiskey with it. I notice a rare Breyer mule too. |

| Thank you everyone! The watering hole was a fun find, especially since it is nearly brand new. I am not sure if the online prices I see are accurate as this set is retired but I only paid 11$ USD for it! As for the raptor, I will post closer photos either tonight or tomorrow to show it off. I still need to research it as I know nothing about it but it seems to be similar to an action figure style figure (though it is not articulated like my other mystery eagle). And the lettuces were included in the accessories bag for the watering hole. I was thinking I needed I start eating more vegetables so it is really the star of this latest update! (probably from some small farm set of Schleich's. I recall them being in a few sets for the rabbits and mini potbellies etc.). _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. | Belated thank you Fernando and Taylor! Here are some closer shots of the eagle from the Assassins Creed Origins figure/statue/model. Mine unfortunately is missing one leg... [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]He has a tear in his tail and his missing leg to fix up, along with a few minor rubs but over all its a very nice quality model. I will share some comparison shots with my other AC eagle figure etc. And some day maybe a progress topic of resculpting an entire leg as THAT will be a challenge for me... _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs. | The batch was a great catch, many of the older Schleichs found homes with many of my many nieces/nephews and I got this great eagle and a keenway dog. Thank you again for the tip off Kelly! _________________ -"I loathe people who keep dogs.
