I don't think I have seen this sort of figure done by them before... Has any one else? It looks like a "Bendy" to me.

I had one of these in my childhood, also a red baboon. Indeed, the joints (hard rubber) and the head (hard rubber too) have a gear that rotates and allows you to change the posture. The figures are nice, the negative point is that when you are a child you turn it so much that it gives way, the two plates of the body (plastic) open and ends up divided into 6 pieces.

How interesting! I have never seen a AAA like this before. Amazing that it survived (lots of "bendies" and similar mechanical toys indeed don't survive the curiousity and play of their young owners. I was one of those that affected such toys). Thanks for the info Ricardo!
