| Got 2 new 2023 releases today at my work, the tuatara & mountain lion! Here is a walkaround of the Tuatara: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Another really wonderful incredible creatures figure. Safari did a great job on it and I'm happy to have now 2 of these species in my collection! Can't wait to take some outdoor photos with this figure. With Safari's leopard gecko from this year and the crested gecko from last year. | Starting with the species choice, it is quite interesting. Animals like these are what I expect from this series. Tuataras are not lizards and they're not comparable to any extant animal. So, it turns them very special. They are just a thing but a special thing. Thanks for this great walk around with these useful comparison pictures. |

| Interesting. I originally had the Kaiyodo Dinotales tuatara in my collection. But I bought the recent Safari Australian TOOB and the tuatara therein was actually better, so I swapped it out! |

| This Tuatara is really great. For now I only own the Colorata one but having such a huge guy is very tempting. Snout to vent lenght please ? Thank you for the walkaround |

| Every figure you have pictured here is incredible! It is tempting to look for them even though they are so big . . . (that little toob tuatara is perfect, though, what set did that come in?) |

Thank you! The Toob Tuatara is from the new 2023 Australian Continent toob. Highly recommend it! _________________ Jolie

| Why does it feel like the smaller TOOB version has better proportions, and less awkward limb positioning compared to the larger IC counterpart? I know some Tuataras have short tails, but the IC sculpt is a bit too short for my liking. - Joliezac wrote:
