| Unfortunately, the best have some strange characteristics. Left to the right: 1.Vanishing Wildlife Bengal Tiger. Maybe he has eaten some funny pills,... 2.Wildlife Wonders Siberian Tiger. Looks like he's walking along the moat of it's enclosure all day long,... 3.Vanishing Wildlife Siberian Tiger male. That face,..i don't know. The nose, the eyes,..all far too small and "rounded". | I don't know about a moat, perhaps walking the Siberian tundra in search of a mate, a meal or a place to rest : ) |

| They are great models, congratulations, PeGe You are right, though. They do have some funny expressions. But the moat walker is awfully nice, I think . Perhaps he is thinking about a huge box of Belgian chocolates Ohh, no , I am always told that you must not think animals have human thoughts, - perhaps he is thinking about a huge chocolate covered steak How old is the Bengal tiger ? The way of painting resembles the way Safari made them some years ago ... It is a wonderful collection you have, thanks for sharing |

| Hey! hmm,..honestly, i don't like the sculpt, mainly because of the teeth. But it's impressive.
I think one still has to buy a resin figurine to get a good tiger.

I agree, to be honest the VW figures would be off as resins, I am so yucked by the paint scheme on my male lion and how the VW paint rubs off so easily. Though the giraffes, elephants, polar bears look fantastic! |

| They are interesting figures, hard to find, nice collectibles! Anyway I'm really happy with my Papo tigers! Safari is not the best in painting figures. |

Safari is not the best in painting figures. I have to agree on this lol but I love the paint on the Monterey Bay figures. Anyways I wanr to get my hands on the Papo tigers, they are so realistic looking (IMO). |

| Papo tiger look realistic? I don't think so,... The faces are looking wrong, the painting looks like airbrush. The heads are quite similar to Mojo, they both did the same mistakes to "untiger" them,... Still, there's no good tiger figurine. the best i saw up to now i a resin sculpt by i think "naturecraft" or whatever,...need it! |

You know that everything in the world is relative, Papo tiger is realistic in comparison with their counterparts! You should not compare a relatively cheap toy with a resin sculpture. Anyway I like this kind of comments, could you please tell clearly what is wrong? Who knows this is easily corrected! |

| You are right. Even catalogues are relative: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]What you saw isn't what you get. Beside such surprises, the mouth is a little too big, while the nose is too small. Call it "hamster-head-bigmouth-smallnose-ugly-stripes"-tiger with eyes placed slightly wrong. |

In every replicas everything is slightly wrong and slightly wrong is nice when sometimes we see figures that are dramatically wrong! : ( |

| As the tiger is my alltime favourite animal, i am very critical on tiger models... To be fair and honest, none of the existing models is perfect, they all have their flaws... The Papo tiger is one of the best IMHO. |
