| I noticed that turkey hens are not as numerous as turkey males in the toy market; so, maybe it's not that an insignificant model after all. |

Thankyou very much You are right, we do not see models of turkey hens very often, - I didn´t think about that - Roger wrote:
- Susanne, I'm a little ignorant with birds: Chicks of chickens are chicks; of ducks, ducklins; of swans, cygnets; of eagles, eaglets, of harriers, Harriets, and from turkeys... do you know?
I Danish we call them Kalkunkyllinger, - turkey chickens If i translate directly, hens have chickens, ducks have ducklings, and swans have swan-youngs _________________ SUSANNE |

If i translate directly, hens have chickens, ducks have ducklings, and swans have swan-youngs Susanne, I was kidding, I think turkey chicks are called poults! My doubt is if if a harrier chick is called Harriet? ...and I almost forgot to say congratulations for finding your new poultry additions! |

| Congrats Susanne!
We have turkey chicks at work, and we have to put them in with the baby chickens on the first day because the chickens teach the turkeys how to eat!
At least that's what I'm told...
