| I have the new lemur, and it is amazing. I keep meaning to take pictures of it, but it isn't on display right now, and I just got two puppies that are taking all of my free time and attention. I will take some pix asap, though. But I got mine at Michael's Arts and Crafts for about USD $3.00. |

WOW; I just can`t wait to see them. But also know all about puppies, I always forgets how much work they are, - and then TWO AND they are a serious danger to plastic figueres also, I think many of us know But-ohhh, so lovely, can we get a puppy-picture also , please, please ? |

| I still haven't gotten to take a picture of my lemur figures, but i have gotten some quick pictures of my two little whirling dirvishes that are keeping me from having a chance to indulge everyone's curiousity about the lemurs. First, we have Taz, like the cartoon character Tasmanian Devil, and this little guy never seems to get tired. He definitely keeps me on my toes. [img] [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.][/img] His brother is named Kuma, which is Japanese for "bear." Even though they were both born the same day, in the same litter, Kuma is much larger than Taz, with great big bear-paws and a generally sweet disposition and bedroom eyes to melt anyone's heart. Don't let those lover-boy eyes fool you, though. He's just as devilish as his brother is, but more debonair about it. [img] [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.][/img] They are 9 weeks old today! To keep this post on subject, though, I will try to grab some pictures of the lemurs tonight or tomorrow night and post them forthwith. Sorry for the hold up, but now everyone can see why I'm taking so long. |

The new lemur is almost the exact same size as the old one. The tail is not bendable, instead the tail is very rigid and lacks any hint of flexibility; the body probably stands a little taller on the new figure due to position of the legs, which is much tighter and closer together than the previous figure. But overall, the new lemur is about the same size as the older lemur. The paint job is worlds better. |

| My puppies thank you all for the compliments! They are a handful haha. Sorry it's taking so long for me to get the pix posted. Everytime I think I'll have a minute to dig the figures out, the puppies are on to me and I must entertain them instead. I will post them, tho. Kingfury, to answer your question, I am 100% sure they are Wild Safari. It makes sense you asking, though, considering how Safari often doubles up species between different series. |

| Robert searching for a hyena! I think it will be nice someone put this hyena with the Schleich lion to comparison size! I'm not a big fan of the Safari hyena looks like a prehistoric hyena, but I like the dirty looking! :) Real ones to compare, this female is a matriarch and females are larger than males! Don't worry Susanne, are only playing!:) [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] |
