| Here the Safari spotted hyena, I cannot loose a hyena! Are very kind animals, they don’t need to kill to survive and rescue some delicate animals from the strongest killers! You already know that to me this hyena looks like a prehistoric figure but Is very detailed! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Here with the 2011 Mojo hyena [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]…and here with the Papo, Schleich and Mojo hyenas, trying to rescue the lucky aardvark! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Do you remember when I say that the figures from other brands are not large, but Schleich ones are small, see here and tell me! :)

| Kristie send as a gift the 2009 Safari red fox, now she has her name engraved in the book of the History of my foxes’ collection! Torben, with friends like these someday I will show to you a display full of a species like you do! Here with the old Safari fox, if there is any other from Safari tell me please! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Here with the 2005 Schleich for comparison! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]This year Bullyland and Schleich will have new foxes and of course I have to pick the Mojo too! Kristie also sent a Schleich mouse but I’ll show it in another topic! I hope this intercontinental friendly trade continues! |

| That's a big Aardvark! He frightened my singing pigs so he had to move out and to Portugal he went! It was a good trade. I like Traveler much better. :) -Kristie |

| Fabulous additions Roger, the fox is really lovely - and the Aardvark is great, I like him too. I almost bought him with my Safari batch but I chose African Wild Dog instead. I'm quite glad I didn't as he would take up so much room on my little shelves _________________ Harriet My *Collection* My *Handmade Animal Sculpture*

| Subject: Merci Kiki!!! - Schleich wisent, Safari anteater and Bullyland gomphotherium... Sat 09 Apr 2011, 02:21 | |
| Dear friends! :) Again another fantastic package from a great friend of this forum! This time it was our French crazy macaque! He took wrong medication and sent me 3 figures as a gift! Now I’m also crazy and need medicine. Everything started in a bull! The extraordinary Schleich wisent, one of my most wanted Schleich figures! :) 14251 – European bison (2003-2004), only 2 years in the market, is certainly a figure hard to find! I was completely surprised with the sculpting, the halfback is strangely nice and different from other Schleich bulls and I love it. Scale lovers, this figure is about 1:25 and 1:28, sorry! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]282429 Wild Safari giant anteater with baby, from 2005 Everybody knows already thatthis is my favourite animal! I had already the Schleich from Suebeedo, a fantastic Harriet’s sculpture and now, brand new, with tags and bag, this incredibly detailed figure. By far my best Safari figure and one of the best of my collection! All brands have their masterpieces and this is one of Safari’s icons, I recommend to all of you! Even the mother looks very tired of carry her baby! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Bullyland Gomphotherium: The 3rd figure is a gomphotherium , is a prehistoric elephant with 4 tusks that lived during the Pliocene in France, fortunately Kiki keep it during 10 millions years and now it lives in Portugal! Is a retired and rare figure from the exciting Bullyland prehistoric collection. I think it will be easy to find the amebelodon but the deinotherium is a rarity! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Christophe, I’m very proud from receive such fantastic figures from you! You are a special member and a great friend! Thanks!

| What gorgeous 3 figueres. Christophe certainly does have a good taste Congratulations, Rogerbert , that elefantosaurus is no 1+ on my wish-list, but very hard to find. I am sure it likes to live in Portugal, and not in the ground in Cristoph`s backyard |

| Thanks Fernando, Robert, Andreas, Mihnea, Harriet, Susanne and Kristie! @ Fernando, is a magnificente anteater! People usually talks about the Arabian oryx as one of the best figures of Safari, I don't have it yet and I believe that it is fantastic but this anteater is in the group of the best pvc figures of ever! @ Mihnea, is true, some figures are unfortunately very rare and expensive and without the help of the nice friends of this forum it would be not possible to have them in our collections! :) @ Harriet: all my anteaters are fabulous, all of them have a special person behind it! ...and are beautiful chapters of my collection! @ Kristie: Yes, now I need an American bison! |
