Have you also the bigger Nayab fox? Andreas, I have some little unbranded foxes that can be Nayab, also these I am sure they're Nayab. Although the left one is sold under name Atosa. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Atosa and Nayab foxes Is there a larger one? |

| Some more additions these days, this time no vintage figures but the highlight goes to Agata musk ox. This is a figure very atractive in real, it should surely be a best-seller in any brand. I love really it. Agata also repainted this Maia & Borges Smurfette, which I've found in a very poor shape and it was repainted with the uniform colors of the club I support, Sporting Lisbon. :DName suggestions to the girl are accepted. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Agata musk ox and Felina Also found in a Portuguese auction website, some small and old Bullyland figures. Those I'll keep are: [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Bullyland smooth hammerhead shark [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Bullyland manta ray [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Bullyland great white shark [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Bullyland reef shark All these figures are marked, not very accurate but enough charming. I believe the reef shark is a zebra shark but if someones find a better option, it will be appreciated. As I am collecting small sharks together with my niece, Shawn offered his help to find the Safari toobs shark and K&M sharks tube. I'll probably open a topic about the K&M Nature tube, below are only pictured those from Safari. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]hammerhead, great white, thresher, Tiger shark [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Mako shark, Leopard shark, grey shark, whale shark [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Sting ray and blue shark Also from Shawn, the older version of the Mojo white-tailed deer, a figure that I criticized saying that it was almost as poor as Schleich's, but, actually, the Mojo version in real is more imposing and better textured. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Mojo White-tailed stag Received from Pege, together with previous additions, this nicely propotionated AAA thomson's gazelle, with the only minus of being easily bendable as most AAA ungulates. [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]AAA Thomson's gazelle The 2013 blue shark which considerations and more pictures can be seen [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.][You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]I wanted to post another picture of Agata's musk ox, this is a great exercise of love for the animal being sculpted. | WOW! That Musk Ox A great lot of rare and wonderful models ! Of course I immediately looked at those Bullyland sharks ! It is wonderful to have a collector like you being interested in them, too now The spotted shark must be an old verion of the later leopard shark These models were made from 1988 and app 15 years, so there must be some variation. Here is the later one : [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]The reef sharks looked like this : [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Perhaps they just used the same mould and painted them differnetly...probably they got a lot of complaits and had to change it. So your Leopard-zebra-reef shark is probably a very, very rare and old model !!!! |

So your Leopard-zebra-reef shark is probably a very, very rare and old model !!!! Very interesting Susanne! If that large one is a leopard shark, now I am sure the smaller I own is also a leopard/zebra shark. Your catalogue picture also explains why it is marked reef shark, I am not sure if those blue are blacktiped reef sharks, they're not blue and markings are not the same, though it looks more like a blacktip reef than mine looks like a zebra shark. Carpet sharks are completely different from that shape. Maybe you're right or the blue is an older version and they've found a quick way to make a leopard shark using that mould. I can't find my figure on Torben's collection, Willy's collection nor even in yours what is quite shocking! I suspect this poor shark haven't found yet the perfect owner? Well, it is 9cm like it says on catalogue and the same mould, I am sure! |
