A wee batch of kitty brooches!

Here's a batch of little cat brooches I made recently to raise funds for Kisu Ry, a local volunteer association helping cats in need. The brooches were made from epoxy with a rudimentary press mold and painted in acrylics. Each is signed and numbered, although I had some difficulty counting to six, so one of them is numbered 0/6. (At least I think I got my name right on most...)

Thank you all! Harriet, clever is exactly what I felt like when I lined up the kitties, decisively scribbled their appointed numerals onto them, and was left with one inexplicable extra kitty and the slow realisation I'd have to assign him either "7/6" or "0/6"..

I like them a lot :)

Either that, or '0' there will go on to become a massive collector's piece in the future (of some far diverged parallel universe), leading to worldwide renown and neverending funds for Finnish strays.. Your alternative does sound the more likely scenario, though.

I'm very impressed that out of one sculpt you made so many different cats who all look like they have different personalities! They look wonderful!
