Javan Rhino by Country Artists

Hello friends, my newest acquisition is a absolutly rare species of the world, the Javan Rhino. It´s a fantastic model by Country Artists "Natural World" series.

Very nice! Is this a plastic figure or resin?

It seems that it is resin, when i am not wrong...
I am already over the border too, because i have quit a few of them too right now...

I love resin and porcelain animals, I have a few and for a while I collected them, but it was too expensive for me - especially when you're collecting plastic animals as well

I recently bought a few in a zoo overhere, because the had a lack of toy-animals, haha

I'm also not an expert but I think this is an Indian, both Indian and Javan have only a horn and armoured looking, anyway Javan are smaller what is not a reference but the horn of Javan is always smaller than those from Indian rhinos! If I'm wrong you will surely find someone more helpful than me!

I guess it was the wrong question:
I bought the bigger one, expecting another Javan rhino. finally. looked for them for years on ebay. One time another ebayer was the lucky guy, one time it got lost during shipping and suddenly: the big one,...
So i am not sure what Bullyland produced these days.

What confusing me is, that he's listing the Javan Calf as "indian rhino", an older "indian Rhino" as "Javan Rhino",...
;-p
I doubt these identifications are true.
Maybe the adult javan came out in two editions and one was the bigger "Deluxe"-Edition?

btw.:
what i meant is: i was looking for the adult rhino sculpt for a long time and suddenly have two different,...

I think Roger is right, it's the deluxe Javan rhino - I have the Deluxe black rhino and calf from the same series.
