Schleich 2015 wishes!

About insects, although not a personal wish, it is strange to hink that Schleich will introduce a series of these creatures. However, after seeing the way the new bat is manufactured, it made me think immediately in a kind of prototype to future insect figures. A dragonfly fit Schleich style!

More obscure creatures, like a pygmy hippo(I wont mind if they make it look cuter then it is)

Another attempt at retired Species like a Wisent and a Musk oxen

And more dinosaurs that are not the Same Darn Creature that have been released before. (Come on Schleich everyone is sick and tired of Velociraptor and T-Rex, yet you released those two again when you already had them in your line to begin with)

They never do any of our suggestions!

Maybe we should say that we do NOT want thoses thing we want te most!
And maybe they do that because they expect us to dislike it again like 2013.
And then we are so happy because they did what we want,
while they where thinking that they are on the good track to make onnly little girls happy,
and not great collectors of realistics animal figuriens.

I've a list kind of that.. Muskox, vicunja and rhino would be awesome! Plus some heavy horses, by Deborah please

There is still hope [or so I hope xp]

For wild life I'd like a maned wolf, a spotted african dog family and a snow leopard.
For farmlife I would love to see new Black Angus cattle world wide! And I would also like to see some dutch cow breeds like Lakenvelders or Blaarkopjes.

yes that is so true,    but Schleich now only make fairies for the girls, noelf males in the collection,

Well... I´m really dissapointed with Schleich in last three years so I hope only for two families (but I´m sure they will not make them) Musk-ox family and Okapi family...  

I hope they'll do more monkeys!!!:)

Yes, if Schleich makes a year like this one is not bad at all to us, we have seen a squirrel monkey, an Eastern chipmunk or a grey-headed flying fox. Three mammals not often represented in toy shape.

Yes, for me much better as 2013 :)

My only hope is that Schleich hires some better sculptors. I don't want bloated, big-headed, braided horses or dogs with creepy faces. I wanted the new donkey foal from the promo pic but when I saw it in the store...   Talk about huge head and poor paint! It looked like Schleich sculpt with Safari paint. :(I do like the idea of a collector series, but I see no chance of that happening, with Schleich marketing towards young children (girls, mostly), and don't seem to care about the collectors. As I've said before, we're a small corner of their customers and not much money comes in from us. So why would they bother? I expect more braided, big headed horses, and aren't they planning on doing some movie characters for 2015? The main focus will be on these characters, not animal figures. It's sad to say, but I won't be surprised if they eventually stop doing animals.

I agree!  

I think Schleich will always make animals, even if gets to just a elephant, giraffe, zebra, tortoise, rhino, hippo, lion, leopard, crocodile, panda, tiger, fox, deer, squirrel, bear, wolf, seal, polar bear, gorilla and chimpanzee.
