Schleich at Mc Donalds

Hey fellow collectors,

The Schleich models in the Happy meal in Austria are reveiled. There will be two series: Series one is from 17 Februari 2022 until 2 March 2022. Ans series two is from 3 March 2022 until 23 March 2022.

In series one are the following models:
Tiger, Zebra and Baby polar bear.

In series two are teh following models:
Baby Elefant, Koala and Baby Giraffe

Sadly no lion that was shown in the picture before.

They're not bad at all, not something I'd rush out to buy for my own collection but compared to the usual film tie-in cartoony animals that usually get given away with McDonalds, they're a massive step up in realism.
If these are the only animal toys a child ends up with, they're decent quality and realistic, well worth having. Others might seek out more from the brand and start a fuller collection. They could even spark some serious collectors of the future - maybe in ten years time we'll have people joining the forum saying their first animal figures were McDonalds freebies!

That are very short period, they are available, I hope we can get photos for TAW ( Schleich probably resents us using their photos ).

I think those models are quite decent. Worthy collectibles and I like their poses. It is good to recall that a Schleich zebra is more expensive than a Happy Meal. I'd be very happy if I could get one of these as a McDonald's premium. The fact they are different from the standard versions only turn them more interesting.

So here are the Schleich models in the Happy meal in Germany. There will be also two series: Series one is from 17 Februari 2022 until 16 March 2022. Ans series two is from 17 March 2022 until 4 April 2022.

In series one are the following models:
Lion, Zebra, Baby polar bear, Baby Giraffe and Shark.

In series two are teh following models:
Tiger, Panda, Baby Elefant, Koala and Orangutan.

So the lion that was shown in the picture is only available in Germany.

Have you gotten all of these?
I like the tiger, it has a great pose. I also would love to know how that koala compares to the regular model.

Fantastic, your presentation couldn't be more perfect. Great concept, we notice a simpler painting layout, especially noticiable with the zebra but very decent figures as I mentioned previously.

5 small burgers are no problem for a Tupolev like me.

Interesting to see how some of these have been reposed, thank you so much for the comparison photos [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.], I just watched Rupi Bolz's review of the first wave, ordered a Happy Meal yesterday actually but they forgot to add the toy, at least I have a Schleich store discount code now however thanks to the box, they all seem quite nice so far, I might get them via eBay later this month, hope that the lion's face print won't be too off, I am more excited for the second wave's koala however.
I wish that they did more resizing like in the previous years they did this collaboration, but I'm glad that they picked Wild Life this time around as opposed to the "toys for girls and toys for boys" route of the previous runs, but who knows, they might return to that with Bayala and Eldrador next year.

Did anybody get the tiger, koala, panda, elephant, and/or orangutan ?
