There are a lot of these I'd like to get. Ugh, more soso chocolate! But I should be ending up with plenty of spares for other people.

Some interesting models and quite a few to add to my wishlist!

I have three of these now, the Hooded pithoui, the Ruby eyed viper, and the Pygmy skink. I plan on posting them on my general updates thread later today :)

Where have you seen them? They usually show up a bit later in stores where I live. And congrats!

They are in sheetz in and around pittsburgh, PA. I’ve only seen them in sheetz specifically so far, but Walmart is usually the second to carry them around here.

Interesting to know! I've been keeping an eye out at my local Walmarts, but I'm also in an area slow to get new releases- we haven't had the throwbacks for very long. Here it seems Walgreens gets them before Walmart, and those two are the only stores to reliably carry them.

Was at a nearby Walmarts that's remodeling, and they had 1(!!) tray of Yowies- with a hyena on the front. I took a chance on 2, there were only 3 left in the tray. One was a throwback, the other was the Superpowers sunflower star. Yay one I wanted lol. I think both had a sell-by date of Nov. 22 on the bottom.

I checked my local Walmart a week ago - they still only had the Colors of the Animal Kingdom set. I bet we'll get them in August or so.

The pitohui figure is a great choice, it's been a long time since the last one by Medicom The Great Mystery Museum.

I spy a gooty sapphire ornamental tarantula!

Here's the starfish in hand. Lots of wants in this series.

Despite the obvious Yowies style, I think it is a nice design, a chubby sunflower sea star but quite recognizable, not symmetric and massive as it should be. What a great species to see on Safari's Incredible Creatures line.

Yowie is almost the only company whose releases often make me aware of a species I wasn't previously familiar with, one of my favorite things about them. For that reason, I hope that one day they'll make some prehistoric organisms again.

Same here! A prehistoric series would be great. Especially if it was anything besides dinos (not that dinos aren't great, but focusing on other eras/species would help diversify everybody's shelves and educate better).

I’m still waiting on that day. I can only imagine what amazing possibilities they’d be able to provide now that they’re no longer puzzle pieces figures.

Yes, exactly! Dinosaurs are fine, but there are very few that haven't been made that wouldn't just look like species that have. But TONS of untapped potential in non-dinosaur prehistoric animals.

By some miracle my walmart has some now! I got the mutable rain frog, starfish like Kelly's, and tarantula. Will share photos when I get home today.

Probably worth a look! Usually Walmart here is the last place to stock them so I was pleasantly surprised.

Here they are! The tarantula is more purpleish to me in person but my background makes it blue like it should be.
