A Dream Come True: Africa

I went to Africa for 2 weeks.It was such a wonderful experience!While on our way to Africa, we had a delay in Paris for 12 hours. Me and my sister and aunts got to see Paris that day including the hotspots like of course the Eiffel tower, Arc de triomphe, charnsalise, and many more. It was a bonus on our way to Africa! And we literally saw every animal except for a cheetah. During our time there we got to see the Okavanga delta, Victoria falls, and Krugar. As for animals;

Just to name a few!What surprised me the most was how many leopards we saw! On our first game drive when we arrived in Africa, within the first hour we saw a leopard! We saw more leopard than we saw lion. A lot of the baby animals we saw were suckling their mothers which was adorable. We came during the winter time where it is the best to see the animals. The people were so nice and willing to help you whenever they could. When we stayed in the Okavanga delta this one lodge was literally in the bush. We could hear hippos and lions in the backyard. And we had to watch out for the baboons and monkeys that would steal your things. That place truly respected the animals. They carried no weapons and simply said ' If you respect the animal they will respect you back'.I recommend it to everyone!We had a wonderful time and as the always say, once you go to Africa you aways go back!

wow! I've also been to paris but its been my dream for ages to go to africa, all those animals to see!

I cant wait to show everyone the pictures! It was so so beautiful! Im sure you would love it! We lucked out with the delay in Paris.We saw so many animals that we might just see once in a lifetime. Including rare animals like white rhino, black rhino, leopard, and many more. I'v only seen these animals on tv and then to see them in front of you was a experience.Dont worry Im sure one day you will get to visit Africa!

I sit here dreaming that a few monkeys swing in the trees, rhinoes hunt the fish in my lake ( ) and leoprds grumble and roar over in the woods

Welcome home again . I bet this is something you will remeber the rest of your life

I also have video I would like to show you of our lion encounter and elephant experience. Its just going to take awhile to download it to youtube. For you elephant experience My 2 aunts, My sister Kaila, and I rode elephants on an elephant back safari. For the Lion encounter we got to walk with lions. They both were great experiences! I will try to get them on here as fast as I can!
