Need some reptile and amphibian advice... Empty
PostSubject: Need some reptile and amphibian advice...    Need some reptile and amphibian advice... EmptyWed Jul 30, 2014 7:10 am

I got a ton of these frogs and lizards about a year ago and I'm just finally deciding to customize them. Only problem is... I'm no expert in these species. Help? A few of them I have an idea of what to paint them as (horny toad lizard, some kind of salamander etc.) but I was hoping for the experts here to give me more ideas on what species would be best represented for the molds available. I'd like to be as unique or rare in species as possible, but of course I just want to be accurate.

Note: *the lizards that are in row 1: big and green, green and brown banded, and half blue and half green; row 2: brown with bands,  half green and half orange, and bright baby blue; row 3: yellow and brown patched; have neck dewlaps.*

Any questions are welcome, and again any help is greatly appreciated!!!

**the lizard rows are supposed to be rightmost 1, middle 2, and left is 3. unless the rows appear horizontal then top is 1 etc. on down. Photobucket can't decide what orientation it wants the pic to be in (despite what I say), so this is the key for the first pic depending on how it appears to you.**

The second lizard from the left in the first line is one of these: [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.]

The last one (last line, right) is a desert horned lizard, I think en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Desert_horned_lizard

The rest is not really "special" I think. scratch

thanks Bonobo, I've never seen that species.
Any other ideas for species?

I used to (and still might) have that blue one with the spots. Nifty little critter.
